However, he listened to me, explained things clearly, laid out options, and was really easy to talk to. I trust that he has my best interest in mind and feel much less nervous for my follow-up appointment. I saw reviews about a rude receptionist, but the one I had was kind and polite.

Ask for the manger ,but didnt showed up,its the third time my service was getting denied and after i physically went there.called the billing department many times ,also today from the location ,nobody is answering. So am not doing anything wrong,i already started paying for my bills even without any insurance adjustments.SO Who can solve my issue,am a patient and seeking help ,paying my bills which are due, also my treatement is not finished yet or not cured. You all need to stop doing this ,atleast someone from the managemnt need to have a look at this ,and dont do with other patients ,its so ridiculous or non tolerant. If you cant help a patient so dont agree to treat them .you need to stop charging huge bills to patients without treating them, its not ethical or nobody is stupid to do such payemnts without getting propere help,SO I guess i need to move and help some legal aid to solve this issue.

Dr Johnson earned my trust with my first visit to him and he treated me with the utmost respect and…read morecare. However, I had to come back in and get another ingrown out that I thought I would be able to get myself. It left it a fragment which caused pain. And needed medical intervention. I anticipated the needle going into my toe and being anesthetized like the time before, but Dr. Johnson said it would be small and no big deal. He proceeded to use some freeze spray (which only takes maybe the initial sting away) and then went right in. He operated quickly, and intensely, being very rough never offering to stop or providing anesthetic besides the initial freeze spray. He made comments to me acknowledging he knew how much pain I was in. Stuff like "Oh I know, bad doctor bad doctor" and continued to cut all the way to the nail matrix. With NO anesthetic. I can only imagine this is what true torture feels like. After the procedure he stuffed cotton under my raw dug out toe nail while I wailed in agony. Don't think it's standard procedure to do that to someone without anesthetic. It was torturous and completely unnecessary. He showed no empathy or remorse and didn't ask me once if I wanted anesthetic. Cost me $50 and the worst pain I've ever felt. I'm not coming back. And highly advise others to consider going elsewhere to have your ingrown removed if you value being treated with respect like a human being. After the procedure I was burdened with a week's worth of nightmares regarding the experience along with emotional distress and lots of crying. I feel like Ive been completely violated and will continue to use my voice and speak out about the medical malpractice I experienced from this doctor.
