If you are in a hurry to breeze in and out, this is not the place for you. Go to one of those other doctors who barely looks at you and spends a very minimal amount of time assessing your symptoms. If you want quality care with a truly wonderful doctor, go see Neil Groff. I now have ALL of my family members going to him, and all are very pleased with him. We have seen his brother for one visit. Both are good. Dr. Neil Groff has a more lighthearted, chummier bedside manner than his brother. That isn't to say that one style or personality is "better" necessarily - I just mention this so you will know which is better for you or your patient. Dr. Groff and his office have always been very accommodating to questions and concerns. The office accepts Medicare. The waiting room is pleasant and has patients from childhood through geriatric. There is not a 'Sick Child' section of the waiting room. There is a child's table but no toys, so bring your own or a coloring book & crayons. There is a large flat screen TV that usually has a Disney animated movie showing. On some days, Dr Marc Unterman, a cardiologist whose office is in Lawrenceville-sees patients at Dr Groff's Loganville office. This is very convenient! The office is also easy to find. Going east on 78, turn left on Lee Byrd Road, and turn into the small office complex on your right, just after the credit union. The doctor's office is on the right. If you need to drop off a FedEx package, there is a drop-off box in the rear of the parking lot.

I got held up in heavy traffic I called them and imformed them that I was running late and the staff told me that it was fine. Too tell you the true I was hopping for them to tell me to re schedule because my mind was in the hospital with my husbad , and I was without sleeping for three days. When I got there I called them again to check if it was fine to be late 20 minutes because I was lost in the parking lot. It was very complicated to find the building but one of their staff came out to the parking lot to help me to get to their building, I was 20 minutes late but she didn't complain and she gave me some form to fill out. I stared to fill out the treatment forms without problems, there was two receptionist and they asked me if I speak English I didn't answer and keep filling out the forms and I heard the two littler receptionist saying, that the other client was arrived late. They were saying . and that lady that came late is there and they were laughing and saying that I needed to leave. I didn't said anything because I wanted to hear what they were saying about me, in English, thinking that I didn't understand the English language. . By the time I finished with the pepar work the first lady that first told me that it was fine because they weren't busy came and told me that they Can Not see me because I was late and I needed to reschedule I told her but you told me, that it was fine and gave me the paper to fiil out and now that I have everything ready you telling me that the dentist can not see me, and she said, yes and you need to reschedule. And very rude asked me for the click board . I control myself and I said, "Jesus help me, because evil people are everywhere but I trust on you". I gave her the clik board and she asked me for the forms that I filed out and I told her, no those are my papers, my information and since you people are been so unprofetional, you don't need my information. I need this papers because very easy they can tell the insurance, that I was lying and that they told me in advance that I needed to reschedule. Guess what. Here it's my prof. I don't recommend this office and I will like, to someone from this office to give me an apologies. I may be Hispanic, but I speak English, I work, and I have insurance. I was looking for a new primary care doctor and saw good Google reviews for this practice. It was…read moreimportant to me to find a private practice. It was close to home so I was excited and hopeful that I had found a new doctor. A couple weeks ago I went in for an annual exam. My appointment was at 3:00. I arrived a few minutes early and sat in the waiting area. Around 3:30 I was called back. I was asked why I was there by the assistant. I felt it was strange this was not notated in my chart. Anyway, she checked my weight, oxygen and blood pressure (which registered extremely low) then sent back to the waiting area as there were no rooms available. About 20 minutes after that I was called back and the assistant was going to check my vitals. I told her that was already done so back to the waiting room I go. This office was definitely not impressing me at this point. Maybe five minutes after that, I get called back and I am put in a room. I waited until 4:30 until Dr. Uzo finally came in. During my long wait for the doctor I did consider just walking out. Dr. Uzo seemed nice and asked me some health questions. She addressed the low blood pressure (which after talking to my daughter, who is a nurse, said they used too big a cuff on me which is why it registered so low). Around 4:45, I was taken to have my blood drawn by the office manager. She printed the labels that were to be attached to the vials and handed them to me with no explanation. I asked what I was to do with them and then she tells me to verify my name was correct. It was a strange interaction. When she was finished with the draw, she said I could go to the front and make my next appointment. She left me sitting in the chair. So I lifted the arm rest myself to get out of the chair and found my way back to the front of the office to leave. It would have been nice to be walked out instead of just left sitting there. All in all, I was there for two hours for a simple blood draw. A friend thinks they forgot about me in the room and they realized I was there when I came out to use the restroom during my long wait for the doctor. Sadly, I will not be back and will continue my search for a new primary care doctor.
