Wasted money & time. I would have ordered through Etsy but…read morewas concerned about timing. Ordered a small engraved plate, was told it would be a week to be done. Paid twice as much and was called the following Friday that is was done and would leave outside for me to pick up after hours. Showed up and was not there. They're also not open on the weekends so this order was a waste as I needed it that Saturday. Learned a lesson not to rely on them. The item also did not get engraved, just printed on the plate. I do not recommended as they're customer service is lacking and seems like they are very unorganized as they had a hard time even finding the plate when I showed up Monday to pick up the useless order.
