Bel-Jean is a workhorse of a small business. I called this morning to get more copies made of something from earlier in the year. She had it in the system and said it might take a day or two. No problem! She called 1 hour later to say it was ready for pick-up. My husband was already headed to that part of town today and picked it up. Wow! While there are other ways to get the textbooks you need for even less, I like any business that helps lower the cost of our educational textbooks. Why would you ever go to a place like Kinko's when you have Bel-Jean? The employees at Bel-Jean know how to do everything (formatting, resizing, improving picture quality, helping you choose the right paper, etc) and they are so helpful and friendly, even on small projects. Turn around is incredibly fast as well. We saved a fortune printing our wedding invites here. Honestly speaking if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL business in Athens, GA period. The manager is very rude and condescending . She began to act like a petulant 5 year old on the phone when we had a simple disagreement about a printing job I had done there. Really made me wonder if this was a grown woman or a kindergartener.
