They're still operating under the same name, but they are nothing like it's always been. One of the new owners said they would no longer offer their lifetime warranty. The woman was so ugly because they had to replace a clasp on a chain I had bought there. She said the chain wasn't purchased there and was gonna charge me over $160 to replace the clasp and clean it. When I went to pick it up, I showed her the receipt where I had purchased the chain there. She was not happy. She said they were not going to keep paying for these things.After 30+ years, I walked out for the last time. Such a shame.
