Made the mistake of coming during Christmas season. So it was very crowded. They are located within Katy Mills mall so parking scar a premium. Literally had to ride around until a spot opened up. Once inside they were stocked up and o was able to find what I wanted at the price I wanted. Even though the lines were extremely long they moved very quickly. I was able to check out and be on my way in record time. I think they may have after Christmas sales so I may return then. read more

I like Adidas, I like Under Armour, and I like my Darling Nike. As opposed to my Darling Nikki, who I found in a hotel lobby mast**bating with a magazine. This is a really nice Nike store. I've been enjoying it ever since I first came to Katy, which was when we first came to this massive outlet mall. It's clean and spacious and the service is actually pretty nice compared to a couple of the other stores in a region that I didn't like nearly as much. Having said all that, the prices are so ridiculous and I really don't find much compared to regular Nike pricing. I don't know when they got so expensive, and the t-shirts and muscle shirts became so claustrophobic with such awful material that I just can't buy them anymore. (And no I didn't gain weight thx, I lost it). I honestly think as they get more expensive, their materials get way cheaper. But life goes on. read more

This is the type of service that makes coming back to Nike stores worth the while. This store is expertly maintained, has a tremendous selection, as well as terrific discounts. Just left the store this afternoon, as usual they've got some amazing deals going on and everyone was super kind and helpful. Especially the gentlemen that helped us to get set up on the Nike app & also at the register I wish I could recall his name he was so fantastic and super friendly and knowledgeable. Loved this store! The store was a bit of a zoo during tax free weekend but it wasn't that bad. I found a pair of shoes I liked and was lucky enough that my size was out on the floor for me to just grab and walk up to the register with. The sale section had some nice designs and colors but they were in sizes way too big for me but I'm sure someone would appreciate that. :P Don't come here looking for super personal attention like you would receive at Foot Locker or a similar store. read more

I have visited this store at this location a few times and every time I go into the store the workers follow you around as if you're stealing they're not very nice and they do a bunch of other stuff before taking care of you in line like the literally just like play with a stack of f****ing hangers before they help you or try to fold up some sh*t before they help in a line of people. the store has a very small selection of stuff so I just won't be coming back to the location it's uncomfortable being watched as if your a common thief! read more

My five star review is really for Jasmyn at the register! This young lady made sure I had all of the necessary benefits of a Nike loyal member. I use the bike run club app and I also recently had a birthday. However, I did not have the Nike retail app. Jasmyn asked me if I could download it and it instantly turned my $346 transaction to $193. I am super grateful for the patience! I will return. We were just in the Nike factory outlet at Katy mills and we experienced the most blatant disrespect from the Nike employee at the fitting room. We went in to try on some clothes and was met with a stone cold reception by this lady. She seemed disinterested in helping us and went we finished trying out our clothes she didn't acknowledge us before said thank you to the customer that was right behind us. I went back to confront her about it and she was caught off-guard and was stuttering her awful excuse that she didn't see us walking out. Nike please train your employees to treat your customers the right way. After thinking about this ordeal, we have decided to return what we just bought from Nike factory store in Katy Mills because it just doesn't feel right to support a company in which employ people that disrespect customers for no apparent reason. read more

Nike Factory Stores rarely impress me. The clothing is only about 15-25% off what you would see in a normal store. And while the store remains organized, cleaned, and sized, it lacks any kind of friendliness. It comes across...cold. I talked to four different employees here, and only one of them seemed friendly. At least she was manning the fitting room (in the front left corner of the store where the women's clothing is.) I got what I needed to and promptly left. They might take a page from the Lululemon ladies working at City Centre. read more

I agree with Michelle M - this store never impresses. The selection, especially for women's shoes, is pretty pathetic. But this is considered an outlet store, so one should really lower their expectations when coming here. It's not going to be Lulu or Athletica. It's going to be all Nike. Also, just as with every other store in this "outlet" mall, the prices are just about as high as at any other mall! I think at one time their deal was you could get a pair half off when you buy a pair (since they are an outlet mall), but they don't seem to even do that anymore. I'll go to Finish Line or find a Ladies Footlocker next time I want a pair of trainers. read more

Like other posters, very unimpressed: Terrible customer service, wouldn't hold product for same day pickup. Wanted me to drive 40 min to find it sold out. Clearly the store is mismanaged..they couldn't even state the policy and wouldn't say it was written or not. Pathetic, avoid at all costs, plenty of other stores with better management. Feel sorry for Nike shareholders with this kind of representation. read more

The floor staff are just walking around....not assisting customers. Had very bad experience due to rude (not aligned with NIKE's culture) behavior of floor staffs (African American: Rodrigues and Hispanic: Mellisa (counter)). Nike customer service should make sure these type of staffs are trained or fired. The manager is aware of the situation, I doubt she will take any corrective actions. The selection is also limited....all in all....will never be going there. read more

I was at the Nike Outlet in Katy Mills mall. I found a pair of tennis shoes. The price on the box said one thing and it rang up another. The manager on duty was called to the register. She was rude and would not give me the item for the price listed on the box. read more

I went to the Katy Mills Nike Outlet Store to use a gift card. When I gave them the gift card they (2 young people) used a thumb tack to scratch off the number; during this process they removed the numbers needed. They guessed numbers for a while then called the manager, Nathon Hua who guessed some numbers and no one could figure it out. I asked him what do we do next because I can't use the card with the missing numbers. He told me to contact Nike and asked him could he call them because they are no going to believe me. In short, he did absolutely nothing and delivered extremely poor customer service. I left the store b/c it had become embarrassing with the line so long and everyone looking at me! Went looking for some new running shoes with my wife and son. This process usually takes more than an hour to find the right shoe for all three of us. But yesterday we were in and out in less than 30 mins. Thanks to Seye, he asked us what we were looking for in the shoe and found the perfect shoe and fit for all three of us in the first try.
