Dr. Jeff and his team are great to work with and truly listen to you and take the time to make sure your treatment plan is right for you. I don't know that I've seen a more compassionate group of individuals. Unfortunately due unforeseen circumstances and insurance coverage I was unable to continue treatment after my initial treatment plan but am able to do some of the things I couldn't three months ago just not as much progress as I'd hoped for but that was my expectations and not a reflection of the care provided. Anyone else but him. I paid $100, and was promised an adjustment the next day. When I came in, desperate for that adjustment, he said that I had to commit to another $2400.00, first. I was completely confused, because I made it very clear why I was coming in before I paid $100.00. I was in severe pain, knew from prior episodes that an adjustment would help considerably, but after I paid my money, he refused to adjust me. I even said, "Please, I paid you. This was our agreement, and I am in unbelievable pain. I am desperate." He responded, "Do you know how many people come crawling in here desperate with pain every day?" Not lyin.' I was stunned. There are just so many nice things to say about Dr. Jeff and his staff. I came to Nu Life Energy Chiropractic seeking relief for the pain that I had been experiencing for over a year. I paid him $97.00 for an evaluation with the promise of an adjustment "as soon as [he] reviewed the x-rays." He somehow failed to mention that he would not give me an adjustment for less than another $900.00 MINIMUM. If I had known when I walked in that I would need to pay A MINIMUM of $1000.00 for one adjustment, I would have immediately turned around and walked out. (His preference was that I pay $2500.00(!) to get adjusted and "save money.") Wow! Total bait and switch. I'm disappointed in Jeff Neumann's complete lack of professionalism and staff who could not reach for my credit card fast enough. I have no faith that he is the "miracle" migraine cure he claims to be. I would never treat patients like this. I would be ashamed of myself to provide such dishonest service. This isn't health care- it's a con job. Oh, but he swears he is "an honest guy" and "completely up front." LOL! Dr. Jeff and Massage Therapist Shana are absolutely wonderful. From the time we setup the appointment to the exam room we always felt welcome and important. The office is updated and clean. Dr. Jeff even explained the flow of the office from where they have cooking classes in the kitchen for healthy living to the open adjustment space to the X-ray room. I have seen other chiropractors from time to time. I have found the one I will definitely stay with. I was impressed from the very beginning with the professionalism and compassion displayed by Dr. Jeff and Shana (Massage Therapist/Assistant) and continue to be almost 7 months later. Dr. Jeff addresses each concern I convey with expert knowledge and skill to make sure I understand why I had issues and how to correct them (with his manipulation, exercises, equipment, etc.). Shana's massages are the best as well! She is slow and deliberate, giving the correct amount of pressure and attention to every needed area.
