They worked closely with me three times a week ensuring I progressed in each session so after 10 weeks I have full mobility. They also ensured I had a program to follow at home for those days I was not at PT. They were in continuous communication about my treatment plan so it felt seamless no matter who treated me. Dan is the leader of the site and has an amazing team--they help each other and the patients continuously without even being asked--plus they ensure everyone has fun while in clinic. Danielle refused to give me the price per hour or any other price information (like an estimate). She interrupted my questions & statements and seemed insulted by my inquiries. There was no price transparency from Danielle. Just before actual therapy, Danielle repeatedly and sternly stated I should call "billing" to learn the cost of therapy & if my insurance applied. This business' "billing" number is not identified on its business web site & I did not want to use her services before knowing the cost (just like any other reasonable person). Danielle's conduct was shocking because the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (815 ILCS 505/2), requires medical providers provide itemized statements for services upon request. It is advisable to get a cost statement and estimate from all healthcare providers BEFORE it is too late.

From the front of the house, the PTs and supporting staff everyone is positive and ready to help each other out. The Lockport ATI is quaint but has the basic equipment to support ones recovery needs. There are 3 basic areas reception, work out and tables. With a staff of 9 and no more than 5 recoveries at a time I have never ran into a situation where the needed equipment wasn't available. The staff is capable and competent, willing to assist each other and up beat during ones way to recovery. The are engaged and educated but in a down to Earth way. Always willing to break things down Barney style if need be. One of the best amenities is the driver service. They can pick up and drop off in need be. Not being cleared to drive and not having a chaufeer yet this has made the road to my recovery possible.

Dr. Paul and his team performed surgery on the lumbar area of my spine, removed bone spurs and repurposed bone from part of my spine to reinforce a weakened area.
