From the moment you walk in you are greeted by Mary, Lyndsay, or Kyle with professionalism and kindness. Nelle Youel was my PT and she was fantastic! She knew when to push me and when to ease up. She gave me a tailored Home Exercise Plan to help me continue to therapy at home. By the time I had my follow up appointment with my surgeon she had me at 130° range of motion! My doctor was absolutely stunned and said that I had the best range of motion he had ever seen 6 weeks post surgery! The day of my initial appointment, I received a voicemail from Kim saying that they couldn't see me at all because my insurance is a federally funded program and that all of my appointments had to be cancelled. I'm disabled with MS and a myriad of other issues, so wasting my time and energy isn't appreciated nor is it professional. Definitely don't recommend this office for any reason.

I came in with severe,…read morechronic pain from a long-standing case of spondylitis, along with a recent disc herniation that left me barely able to walk or sit. The sciatica that radiated my whole body was excruciating, and I was desperate to find anything that could help before my next step being a visit to the Neurosurgeon. Dr. Dace wasn't sure he could help me but, he performed a thorough assessment, determined that even though my case was complex, I was indeed a candidate for treatment, and developed an aggressive care plan to fit the 7 1/2 weeks I was visiting from out of town. His goal was to help heal the herniated disc, reduce the pain and give me some function and mobility and to my amazement, it worked! Dr. Dace and Eve, along with Nelly, Kristina and Laura --played an important role in my recovery. They were all very kind, patient, compassionate, and incredibly gentle throughout every visit. Eve was especially critical as she shared her knowledge and experience which brought comfort and confidence when I was at my worst. Should have left when he said that. I had a horrible experience. Billing sucks. You cant reach the office if you call. You get directed to call center, who doesn't know what they are doing, the office staff is terrible. Gad nothing but issues. the medical assistants tried to take blood, but jabbed me 3 times in each arm. Never had this issue before. Calls do not get returned, they lie about the service, they lose your toe nail, which was supposed to be biopsied and had to 'dig in' to it on the next visit, which again could not get blood from me. I spent a year trying to resolve this. Just a horrible, pathetic experience. I have worked in healthcare 25 years and would never, ever treat people the way I was treated and lied to there. The staff are generally friendly, but it often feels like they are pushing services, packages, and products. The adjustments are very assembly-line; wait in a public area for your turn, lay on a table next to another patient in a corner of the main room, and be adjusted while another stranger waits a few feet next to you. It often felt rushed and impersonal to me, and the lack of privacy was also uncomfortable. I much prefer an individual service model (with a private room to be able to have personal conversations about what is going on, what has changed, etc.) and will be seeking that elsewhere for the future.
