The staff truly cares about the clients and it's abundantly clear every moment of the day. I do think the programming could be a bit more varied as it does get redundant and outings would be a huge boon as the 30 or so acres that the property sits on are largely unused. Your world is pretty small there. The rooms are cozy and the chef is wonderful. Highly recommend for the creature comforts if nothing else.

It was a little chilly in the room so I was offered a warm blanket. And then when I was still cold, they gave me another warm blanket. Each time they came into the room, which was every 15 minutes, they always had a smile on their face. When the procedure was over, the nurse was kind to let me know what to expect next and how many days to wait for the results before it would show up on my portal. If you have a procedure to be done, it's worth the drive out to Brighton. I love it every time I come out to this facility.

The same receptionist ignores me when I spell my name so it takes like 3-4 minutes extra before she actually decides to listen to what I'm saying. This is a fully equipped facility that is also warm and inviting and the women who work and run the facility are exceptionally kind and caring. They also take Medicare which is good as so many of us really need help with our bodies as we age. This is the place I will go from now on for my PT needs.
