After his initial assessment, the team agreed he needed 30+ hours of weekly ABA therapy to support his development. Unfortunately, Rush consistently failed to deliver. Despite the agreed-upon plan, our son never received more than 17 hours per week, even during summer sessions it was decreased even further down to just 13 hours. Early intervention is critical for autistic children to build essential skills in communication, cognition, and social development, as emphasized by every autism support group we've joined. Rush's inability to provide the recommended therapy hours has hindered our son's progress. Worse, Rush made recommendations that seemed contrary to his best interests, such as reducing his weekly hours after he missed a few days over a couple of weeks or allowing their therapist make medical diagnosis when they have no training to diagnose medical conditions. This lack of commitment and follow-through has been deeply disappointing. We expected a center dedicated to supporting autistic children to prioritize their needs, but Rush fall far short of that standard.

During my 1st visit I was very much impressed by how quickly Constance and Retu identified the misalignment of my left shoulder blade and the lack of surrounding muscle tissue. Retu immediately recommended a 6 week therapy and exercise program that Constance would guide me through in the coming weeks. I've heard others be told how payment works, and have heard people ask how many sessions they have left that will be covered by insurance with no complaints or groans. Marcy is probably my favorite part of my visit. She remembers absolutely everyone's name and the time and days of the week they like to come in. She also sends reminder texts for appointments so they're not forgotten. What's best is that she is very flexible with appointments. There have been a few times I've been sick or had an emergency come up and she adjusts my appointments without issue or penalty. The massage therapists are outstanding. Everyone that I've meet have been awesome. They're understanding about your pains and don't take offense if you let them know they're being a little rougher than you can handle on your injuries. Likewise, if you go often, they'll also remember what massage they need to do, even if you don't go to them every visit. They are also great with remembering patients which makes the entire visit feel like a visit to see family instead of a physician. Dr. Chris is awesome! They came and picked me up and brought me home after my sessions each day. The drivers are very nice and friendly. Tom and Melissa were my Therapists and did a fantastic job of getting me back to walking again. They are great therapists. I also had a fun time with them . They are all so friendly.
