I got there 1 hour earlier, cause their pre Check-in had a glitch, and could not enter in my information beforehand? So as I was still in Triage going over all my info, and as we're getting to the end, I briefly mention to this Monica, girl. That I was needing, Medically a Bilateral Total Knee replacement, (which is, both the knees done in the same Surgery). When this girl mentions, "Oh, he doesn't do that!" (Really brash, and matter of fact.) Sounding like some employee talking about a product at a Convenience store? (When this is patient in pain, in need of Surgery ASAP!) After I had profusely researched him, what he does: like what type of surgeries, and even which Hospitals he works with, and so on, etc.? So, as soon as she feels I'm disapointed, she gets up and brings in his surgical Medical Assistant..And she also repeats that he doesn't do it! (But, in a really degrading manner getting louder & louder.) They behaved towards me, like I was crazy, and like this procedure doesn't even exist! I was telling her that I had seen just yesterday on Google a verified review that he does do it? (But I couldn't find where I had saved it unfortunately for me)? Atleast to vindicate myself? I'm posting a screenshot of it on here for you'all to see... So, they wasted my time, when they knew I was bringing in X-Rays of my 2 knees, and everthing! That's fine.. if their 15 Doctors in their Center don't choose to do it, it doesn't mean that another Ortho Dr doesn't do this precedure in all of Las Vegas? But, why would there be a verified review on Google, then? The 1st girl entering all my stats, asked me, "So then, do you want to continue?" And I thought that was pretty Rude? So I said "yes". But, I did not even understand why she was even asking me that? So the 2 office workers are Vetting his potential patients that he would do Surgery on? That is so intrusive of them, in my opinion! And on top of that, they mentioned that the Dr doesn't even do Rehab either? I'm finding this all, so very strange... And not necessarily the facts they're telling me, as much as just the Rude way they were behaving, more than anything? I'm posting what appears on Google, so you can see why I ended up setting up an Appt. with him in the first place, or I wouldn't have wasted my time, then? Obviously, I left the office, very disapointed.. Beware of this Dr's office, the way that they behave is so Rude & unprofessional.. The correct, & most professional way is letting the Doctor tell me himself, that he prefers not to do this procedure! Period... Living in Las Vegas as long as I have, it's been my experience, that there are slim to none of these Ortho doctors that are kind and caring? No amount of apologies at this point, after the fact, can reverse how these 2 girls degraded me, in just a few minutes? And they didn't even show me out...back into the Seating area so that I could leave? If this Dr only knew what these 2 girls are doing? That's truly a terrible representation of this (supposedly) very good, and kind doctor, according to the Reviews!

Dr. Baldauf is extremely straightforward and awesome to work with. He has a unique way of dealing with patients--he is very clear about the process and objectives while remaining incredibly focused on the rehab goals. His explanation of the surgery made me feel much more at ease. I also want to give a special thanks to the entire support team. Their coordination was excellent. Not only did she come to my house on my schedule, we also worked out a therapy plan that fit within my needs and that would get me to where I wanted to be quickly. I have noticed that they have other services like cupping, dry needling and massage therapy so I know I will be utilizing them and recommending them to others in the future. Also - they put on a fantastic Pinots and Pilates that I participated in and I had a blast and can't wait for the next one!

Her doctor has referred her to see him because he "was not surgery happy". After a year and a half of severe pain, countless doctors, and treatments I figured I'd give it a try. He did end up recommending I have surgery but when I told him about my apprehension he said we can try everything else first. Those things did not work and I ended up having the surgery. I had excellent results and have my life back. The difference is incredible. Since my surgery I have recommended Dr.Lee to others and they have been happy as well. And he did not recommend they have surgery, so I'm still confident that he's not surgery happy!
