Let's start with this, each visit is $500, which is higher than the national average, you're only in there for no more than one hour. They'll take a $50 co-pay upfront. But then you later met with a bigger bill in the mail. Close to $200 after insurance. I personally did not the care they provided to be helpful, they have you do exercises, like sets of three of something and they just wander off to go somewhere else. I will say look somewhere else as this is extremely inflated price. And for the care you get is not worth it. read more

I did not like that they do not get to the root of the problem they make you do the same exercises over and over and they do not generally care if you are getting better or not they kind of leave you to your own devices and then just give up on you That was not a motivating me at all and I found myself not even wanting to go to any visits because I felt like it was just a waste of my time and money. read more

I went to ATI fairwood has the next step in my sciatica rehab. I'd originally went to urgent Care which ended up giving me stretches and exercises to help with the excruciating pain. Over the next 3 weeks I did more and more of the stretches and exercises and found that the excruciating pain was subsiding. I finally got in to see my general practitioner and he said the next step was to go to physical therapy. In going through my insurance provider they recommended ATI. A month ago I went to ATI fairwood. My initial consultation was very good as I believed my PT actually listened to what I had to say. Yes I had done my job to be able to relate what had happened and what I've been doing but it was great to see my PT listen to what I had to say and Incorporated it into my physical therapy routine. My coverage only provides once a month so it's been 30 days since I went to my first appointment. But I feel that since I was honest with my PT that allowed him to recommend the next stage of continued stretches and strengthening. At this stage is excruciating pain is gone. It wasn't easy I had to keep doing my stretches and exercises everyday. As I went in again today my feeling that my PT listen to me and Incorporated the information I gave him into my next stages which is more stretches and exercises for maintenance. He did a good job of explaining to me in different ways until I understood what was going on and why he had recommended the next course to help me not experience that pain again. I have to say that this was teamwork. I had to be honest with my PT and I had to be honest with myself. I used to think there was no way they'd know whether I did my stretches and exercises regularly. But it has physical examination he could tell that I was regularly doing my exercises and stretching. They weren't easy and I often questioned myself but each time I stayed the course as the second part of our work together. As I looked around the room during my two days of physical therapy it seemed like everybody had a dedication to their patients. I don't know whether the patients were doing as their PT advised, but I saw that everybody genuinely cared about their patients. read more

My care was great but the BILLING IS HORRIBLE. I'm one the phone waiting to speak to someone for 1 hr minimum. Trying to resolve their billing discrepancies that their own department does NOT document. Gave me a discount then charging me. Next telling me I had a visit that I didn't go to. These practitioners have been great. In the three weeks of going to ATI twice a week my level of pain went from about a nine to about a three. I have four more weeks of physical therapy scheduled and I am hopeful that my issues will be resolved in this amount of time. I highly recommend ATI Physical Therapy. read more

Appointments were the same routine of easy basic exercises requiring almost no employee involvement. When 1st bill arrived, sticker shock occurred. Even with insurance company paying 60%., each visit was costing over $131.00. Front desk had cell phone bar code reader for instant 5 star google review., explaining their good ratings. I paid off entire balance almost 2 months after last visit, only to receive another bill of several hundred dollars for visits occurring after cancelation. After being sent around the horn for a week, I straightened put the billing matter, only to receive the bill again next month. After going around the horn again with them, they refused to settle the matter. My choice was to pay for visits that I did not attend, or take them to court. I never want to see another ATI bill in the mail again. read more

Worst experience at a PT clinic ever. The therapist was rude and incompetent. She took my pain from a 2 to an 8 with one exercise. I told her I had EDS and it would be a problem. I only did the exercise for 1 day and it still ruined all the progress I had made on my own with a massage therapist and chiropractor. 2 useless visits and wasted money. I would give 0 stars if allowed, I want to warn people before they start and get into there billing scam! I have been taking my mother to ATI since 10 /2022 and have been having problems with there billing dept. from the start the people that charge you the copay at the facility can't do anything about it they tell you to call the # on bill when you call # on bill you better have alot of time and patience to w saw it because you can be waiting for 1 to 2 hrs before you get someone and then get conveniently get disconnected try to call back and sometimes get a busy signal and when you do finally get someone the problem doesn't get solved ! It is now 7 / 20/ 23 and I am still trying to get the billing solved! My next step is going to the ATTORNEY GENERAL! I was told yesterday that they were going to have a investigation and coul be 30 to 45 days before I get an answer! Hope the ATTORNEY GENERAL can get results and do there own investigation! I just finished a month of therapy for a lower back injury. I give an "awesome" rating to all of the individual therapists working there. Not only did I learn new exercises overall, I decided that some would become part of my core workout. One thing that keeps me from a 5* is that I personally benefit from seeing my reflection when doing balance movements so that I can replicate these best at home. Went to this place years back with a spinal injury. "Breaking up scar tissue" they said. It was a FRESH injury you morons. No scar tissue to break up. You did more damage to my back then the original injury. Go out of business, you're a harmful place for people who've been hurt. read more

If you need to get physical therapy, I highly recommend this company and location. I broke my foot at work and needed to have a few sessions. They track your progress and see how far you're coming, they urge you to try the most that you can but don't push you past your comfort level. They have lots of different exercises to make the routines and visits really varied so you receive a more well rounded treatment. I recommend seeing Rachel if you can, she's very sweet and understanding. Doesn't make awkward small talk but feels like she really likes her job and wants to see her patients excel. read more

Notice....It looks like the good reviews on this review page seem to be for Apple PT, not ATI Kent. Beware- This clinic, ATI Kent, is not good. I don't usually leave reviews but this was unusually bad experience. If you want to spend 20 minutes of your appt. listening to them tell you that you need to schedule future appts, for their treatment plan, and repeating them selves about this being the ATI way, rather than performing the service...this is the place to go. I was not there for social time, I was looking for an actual professional service. The massage therapist is the absolute worst that I have ever been to in the many years that I have been getting massages. I see why Chantelle had so many openings. What a waste of time. And if you don't schedule more appts. before she starts the massage, she gives you an extremely short and poor massage, by refusing to start until you schedule and then, stepping out of the room early. Not professional! Ridiculous that they want you to use your massage time to schedule several appts. I'm there for a service and will call the reception desk to schedule when I am ready. They are just not true professionals, looking out for the client, at this clinic. I wish other people would not accept this extremely subpar service, and complaint to the manager. Somehow I hurt my back in such a way that it ached so badly, it was difficult to get comfortable for several days. I looked up medical massage providers through my insurance. The first places I called were small businesses which is great, but they didn't seem so well versed in billing practices. Once I contacted ATI, it was obvious that they knew exactly what I needed to do to stay within the parameters of what my insurance would require. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful as I arrived. So the administrative side of ATI is great, but how would the massage measure up? I was greeted by Nick who asked me about my symptoms and answered all my questions. I felt confident in his knowledge with respect to massage anatomy and comfortable in the room with him. The medical massage did wonders and I am definitely feeling the benefits! I was left with directions to watch my posture, drink more water and ways of sleeping to prevent my hands from falling asleep at night. A great experience for me! read more

I'm very satisfied with the PT I've been receiving at Apple. Lindsay who has been my therapist, has really helped me getting me back in shape after an 8 vertebral fusion. I'm gaining my strength and endurance and balance. She has also addressed my weak thigh post hip replacement. This was not my main reason for coming. However she gave me more exercises to do for my leg. They provide sheets with exercises pictured on them which are a great help when you get home. Then they check up on your execution of the exercises. Lindsay is very encouraging and the staff friendly and accommodating in schedualing. I love ATI! I've been a patient at this particular location twice, for different reasons, over the last two years. However, I'm not new to physical therapy and or ATI. I've been with the practice, in various locations, for about 10 years. The Fairwood location is great! The staff is fun and full of energy to keep you motivated. The front desk employees make scheduling and rescheduling a breeze without the awkwardness or guilt. The physical therapists and techs work you and your muscles hard, but are very informative, knowledgeable, and quick to answer questions or concerns. Plus, the clinic supervisor really takes a hands-on approach with patients. She takes the time to get to know them, their aches and pains, and get you involved in your own care! As a former nurse, I am a big advocate for physical therapy. The skills you learn for bettering yourself and simple stretches you can take with you to maintain issues are fantastic! I had an appointment scheduled for massage therapy and as I walked into the clinic I was greeted by the MPT waiting for me to sign a couple of forms (billing) and after reading the forms, I replied that those forms were not applicable to my situation and that I had gone through this very topic before with the cklinic manager, and therefore I was not going to sign them. The MPT proceeded to say that "if you do not sign these forms, I will not give you a massage." At times, the discussion got heated, with the therapist focusing on anything but respect, consideration and good customer service principles. What is worst, there were other therapists present amid the discussion and no one stepped in to correct the situation about the MTP neglecting to render services. I was the unfortunate victim of really poor customer service, lack of professionalism and tact. I felt that I did not need to pursue any further on this relationship of provider and customer. I had complete shoulder replacement surgery and after 10 weekjs in a sling was sent to Apple PT in Renton Fairwood. I was a little nervous about the pain but my therapist, Katheine, was excellent! Very friendly, knowledgable and encouraging. I also had some massage therapy to help stretch the muscles by Nicole and she also was wonderful. Didn't let me slack and get "relaxing" massage - she worked to help me regain my mobility. I would HIGHLY recommend Apple Physical Therapy in Fairwood to anyone! Oh and I don't want to forget Lynne at the front desk -- always welcoming and very thorough and knowledgable and insurance plans. GREAT PLACE! .....and I'm happy to say I'm back golfing! read more
