Otherwise, it's a cramped but clean gym with a variety of machines and free weights, as well as platforms for weightlifting and powerlifting. Nice open garage door in the summer for airflow. Walk-ins welcome for $12/day.

I used the smith machine which was not balanced as it shook each time it was moved and wouldn't go lower than your hip height, it felt unsafe to use. There is about 3 machines for legs at this gym and I would not recommend this place at all. Do yourself a favor and skip this gym. A day pass is $12 which isn't bad but this place is not worth it. It needs a MAJOR update and I won't go here again.

I'd rather save money on a membership than pay for all kinds of extras that I don't use anyway. Aside from the affordable memberships, another HUGE plus for me is that they don't lock you in to a contract. You don't have to become disabled or die to get out of going there. You can pay by the day, week, month, 3 month, 6 month, or yearly. The longer your membership, the more you save. The place is clean and well maintained and they have lots of different equipment. Sometimes during peak hours, you might have to wait a bit for an eliptical machine (they seem to be the most popular), but you can just grab a treadmill or a bike till one opens up. If you require saunas, hot tubs, fancy shmancy locker rooms, and lots of spinning, pilates, and other classes, this is not the place for you. If you just want a clean affordable place to work out, then I can think of no better place.
