This is my second time using this business. Olivia and Alana are excellent, they remember you all week, they genuinely want you to have the best experience possible. This time, they made sure that my son's flat tire was fixed. This was not even one of their bikes, it was a bike that I brought with us to the shore. I rented one of their bikes so I could ride with my son. All they cared about was that we had the best experience and enjoyed our vacation. They are very friendly and personable and they always want you to get the most out of being there for the week. I can't recommend this business any higher. If you're spending a week down the shore, be sure to rent from them and check in with them anytime something arises, they will always help you. read more

We needed a surry cart for our family to enjoy some peddling up and down the boards. The folks here were extremely helpful, got us exactly what we needed and gave us some great recommendations. When we returned the cart they were very friendly, complimented us on how many laps we did of the boards and even took care of the trash we had developed (water bottles and such) along the way. This place is excellent! Was out on a bike ride (borrowed bike from our rent house) and popped my tire. Afraid that there wasn't a place on the island to fix it, I stumbled across this place. Opens at 7a and they replaced the tire within 5mins. It was fast, affordable ($12 and change) and I have peace of mind to get back out riding. They were very friendly and offer surrey rentals, as well as regular bicycle rentals (for old and young). Easy to spot, convenient location, free parking for people driving over and quick and friendly service. Update- we stopped by the next day around 9a to get some handlebars tightened (a 1min job) and there were about 5 employees getting people on surreys and bikes and told us we would have to come back after 11a since they were too busy to help. Seriously? We could've done it ourselves and just needed the tool....so we rode a couple blocks up and bought our own tool. So if you don't go at 7a, don't expect your bike to be fixed fast read more

Advertised as the best rates on the boardwalk for rentals, prices are up from what is advertised at the beginning of the season. A two bench surrey is up from $25 to $30 an hour. Had a great time renting it just not sure how much more I'd pay to rent one if prices continue to go up. read more

The boardwalk closes its doors to bikes and surreys - but this center remains open until 3 pm...since you can still ride on the streets. I highly recommend this adventure. We come here and rent our bikes every time we visit. Great bikes. Great, efficient service. Great prices. Today, I experienced what no one riding wants. My tire went flat and i was outside of the Ocean City area. I called the shop and was told they do not go outside of OC. The guy who answered the phone then put me on hold. When he came back, he stated that they were closing soon so the owner would stop by where I was stuck with a new bike to ride back. Of course, I was shocked but extremely grateful. The owner, Carl, was there in about 15-20 mins and I was on my way back to OC. I know this wouldn't normally happen during busy days so I was so thankful they did this for me. read more

My husband and I came in just to buy replacement pedals and Olivia not only helped us pick out the right ones but brought us a wrench and helped us change the pedals out. These guys were great. Had a flat tire while on the boardwalk. Went to this business for help; they had the right tube, and were able to repair the tire in 10 minutes. Although busy with rentals that morning, the young man took the time to help with a very friendly attitude. We rent bikes several times a year and previously used a rental stand down by 34th street. Unlike Ocean City Bikes , they didn't seem to appreciate the business so, going forward this will be our go to rental business for our family and guests. read more

I had an extremely upsetting and disrespectful experience with the staff here. We rented bikes for a day and got a flat on an easy ride just 40 minutes in. We were far out and had to walk all the way back, and when we got there staff said we had to pay a $10 fee for the flat. I pushed back because I did not understand why this fee existed or why we were not told about it before we rented the bikes. A young staff member got up in my face and yelled at me for questioning the fee. I got upset when she talked to me this way and argued back, and then she scolded me saying "Is this how you talk to people?" As a paying customer, to be yelled at and scolded is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. read more

The only place to rent a bike while you're in Ocean City. Best prices in town, they'll hook you and your kids up with helmets, and an hour's ride on a bike with a carseat is $8. Plenty of time to cruise to the boardwalk, pick up some doughnuts, eat them on a bench, wipe the crumbs off and return your cruiser. Free parking is available while you ride too. read more

Went twice this week and will more than likely go again today. Surrey is not for everyone and is sort of annoying but bikes are great. The staff was very friendly and helpful in making sure I got a bike with a kid seat as I requested. The only complaint has nothing to do with bike shop. Complaint is the every person on the boardwalk thinks they are the only person. This makes riding safely a challenge. read more

If you are in OC and you want to go for a bike ride this is the place to go. The owner is on site and works every day. He treats his customers like they are family. While I was there he made sure everyone was taken care of and the most important part he made sure everyone was happy. I brought my daughter there to fix her bike and he got me in and out in a matter of seconds, not only was I happy with the service but so was my 8 year old daughter. When we left my 8 year old daughter said " Daddy he is a really nice man... did you know him". What I am trying to say is the staff makes you feel like family. Brought my family down for yearly summer vacation and renting bikes are always an important start to our morning rides on boardwalk. My daughter just learned to ride so very anxious to get best and safest bikes available. This place is the only choice and SO FRIENDLY. Woke up on second day to find my wife had flat tire. Was prepared to drive to get fixed when decided to call. Despite being peak ours of business, they showed up within 15 minutes to replace my wife's bike. How AWESOME was that. Very in my book.
