Majority of the time when I come here, I am searching high and low to find something. No employees in sight. They almost remind me of Walmart. However, I came in the other night to stock up on my cleaning supplies. HD didn't have all that Lowe's has and I started to leave, but I stayed. It was frustrating to see that all the cleaning supplies aren't in the same area. At Lowe's, all cleaning supplies is on the same bay. I couldn't find the drain cleaner or the recycling bags. I asked an employee who was standing talking with his coworkers in the paint aisle for the blue recycling bags. I wasn't sure who covered the cleaning supplies aisle. He said that they didn't have them only the brown paper bags. He told me that I have to get the drain cleaner from plumbing aisle and suggested that I get the black bottle one. I went to the plumbing aisle and saw plenty of black colored bottles of drain cleaner, so his suggestion was too ambiguous and I ended up getting the lemon scent pods at which I came in for. I usually by the brand from Target, but was already at HD. When I got to the self checkout line. Employee, Brandon gladly assisted me by ringing up my items for me and asked if I had found everything. I told him no. I told him that his coworker told me that HD doesn't carry the blue recycling bags in inventory. I told him that I would check at Lowe's at a later date (though, I needed the bags now as my recyclables were pilling up) Brandon told me that he could search for the bags at Lowe's and HD. After searching on his handheld, he mentioned that HD does indeed carry them. He showed the product to me on his device. He offered to show them to me by escorting me to the location in store. I paid for my other items and agreed. He walked me over to the aisle and bay at which Huffy Multipurpose blue bags with the red string were. They were exact bags that my townhome community carries and uses for recycling. I was very happy that he went the extra mile for me. He left his self checkout line post to walk me over there. I thanked him for his efforts. He replied, he will do anything for customer satisfaction. I love that! I used to work retail and had the same values in mind. I just wish his other coworkers that I came in contact with was the same, but they weren't. I will continue to visit this location out of proximity, but next time I'll go to Lowe's for my cleaning supplies.

I've always seen lighting in super expensive home, but this was just perfect. It highlighted the trees and house at night and I would just ride by during the buying option. When I originally spoke to the previous owner, they stated it was a costly purchase and they had wanted to do the back yard but ultimately decided against it. Fast forward two years and I reach out to The Perfect Light for some maintenance on the lights. They sent out Parker and he was awesome, very laid back and understood we wanted to have the front fixed. We started discussing the back and the price was well within our budget. Sergio (team lead) lead a crew that was amazing and the installation was focused on quality and quickness. They did the initial installation, and when I had some lights I wanted to shift the were out there promptly. The repairs were also done with quality in mind. They were able to protect some of the lines that had shifted over the years All in all I would recommend The Perfect Light to anyone looking for landscape lighting. It's a great investment and will raise the value of your house, provide protection because of well lighting, and give you a piece of mind that it will just work unlike solar landscape lights.

That promise was a major reason we chose them. When we moved to another part of town, I contacted them to install our lights, but it took three weeks to get a response after my initial outreach. I had to call multiple times, leave messages, and follow up repeatedly before I could get a response and quote from anyone. I was told a different area representative would handle our new location. They wanted to charge over two thousand, five hundred dollars to install the lights even though the new home is roughly 70% smaller than the previous one. On the new quote, the quantities and pricing were heavily inflated, making the credit insignificant compared to the overall charge. When I questioned the fees, I was told, "We are unable to install lights for you this year," and they offered to just drop the lights off at my home. No attempt to resolve the issue, unacceptable customer service, and no follow-through on what was originally promised. The lack of honesty and follow-through was extremely disappointing. The entire situation was handled poorly, was misleading and unprofessional. I do not recommend The Perfect Light for Christmas light installation or seasonal lighting in Houston.

Immediately I was approached by an employee and told I needed to purchase the item ($24.99 strawberry squishy) because I had touched it. The majority of their toys are being touched by customers but I was singled out and made to purchase the additional item because we had touched one as well? Because my son and I aren't white like the rest of the employees and customers that were in the store? Terrible customer service! When I went to cypress the IG post said 2 per style but the owner walked the line before the door store opened and let us know it was 2 total per person and everyone understood. It is your business you can change the policy at any time. Have a backbone. Instead of pleasing all of those scalpers you disappointed hundreds of people including kids who wokeup early on a Saturday. Eventually when the owner told everyone they were sold out she caught flack for it and cried and walked back into the store, locked the door and turned the lights off. Literally was crying. I've seen you respond to reviews saying this was your first shipment of needohs, we know that's BS just by looking at your IG posts. You also follow other learning express accounts on IG and can see the lines they had during drops. If you didn't then that's your failure as a business owner and just a lack of awareness on your part. Overall the Cypress location is the most organized out of the Houston area learning express stores. The town and country was pretty good too because they limited to 6 per person total. I hope you learn from this experience.
