I called and spoke with a general manager and asked which day the movers would be at my place. He went off on me. He was extremely rude and threatened to cancel my move. He was so unprofessional and rude and should never be allowed to speak to customers. Then they broke my 65 inch TV on the move. I have filed three different claim since July and still haven't been reimbursed. Now they're lying and said that I never filed a claim. I would definitely not recommend this business. read more

a year late on this review but they were amazing- in a pinch when we moved across country our moving dollie's broke , we had 2 hours to return our uhaul or we would have had to pay an extra $340 for the uhaul , it was dinner time and well after closing , they drove over and helped me out when i was at my wits end and just crying up a storm from stress! even in the pinch and coming over like that , they gave me a reasonable price. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. To say we are disappointed would be putting it extremely lightly. Not only do I feel bait and switched price wise, but also disappointed the move wasn't completed. I communicated exactly where everything was supposed to be placed. Yet my treadmil is in our dinning room, the porch bench is as well, my bedroom mirror is in our tv room, and one of my sons beds is still on the outdoor porch. Our furniture wasnt reassembled. My very experienced ottoman was left outside in the rain. We pointed out the bed still being on the porch before they left and they walked right past it. We now have to hire someone else to finish the move. I'm sure most wouldnt be happy paying over $1,600 for uncompleted work. Especially when we were quoted 1/4 OF THAT PRICE. I as well as my Husband explained that the fridge wouldnt fit up the front steps, but Bob was adamant it could. Which resulted in wasting time, being charged to move something that wasnt successfully moved, and EXTREME damage to our brand new freshly renovated home. We now have to have that replastered and repainted. Additionally I was fine with them taking breaks, but again if you add in all the cigarette breaks we paid a lot for them to sit around. I also didn't appreciate the "260 cash for the guys" for moving the couch that Bob refused to write on the bill because it wasnt going to be paid to the company?? His explanation was a $260 fee because they could have gotten hurt moving it? This is supposed to be an insured company. It felt extremely dishonest and shady. We felt like we were being shaken down. It didnt sit right with us at all. This isnt my first time using movers, but this was absolutely the worst and I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone I know. read more

READ: I never usually give reviews but for this company I have to. - Only two days ago I was searching for a moving company to move a large china cabenet hutch from my house to a family members second floor apartment located in the same town. Today the hutch was moved and I can't say enough about ATLANT Moving & Storage. They had great availability and amazing communication. The price they gave me was the best quote I received to move the item. This hutch was so heavy that I knew we would need to hire someone to move it up flights of stairs in an apartment building. They carefully wrapped and protected each piece, even the knobs of the hutch. All three of the men were so kind, professional and easy going. They made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. This was not an easy item to move but they made it happen. I am so happy with my experience. read more

Great service provided by Eugene and his team! We went into our move expecting to have about one bedroom's worth of items, but changes with our family's storage capability complicated that. They were very flexible and able to adapt to the amount we had to bring with us, placing items in the rooms we suggested. They were very careful, handled our items gently and brought their own supplies with them. All of the movers were very friendly and responsive and helped us put together some of the furniture we had disassembled prior to their arrival. Eugene gave us a very honest estimate in our initial quote, which I appreciated as other companies were very vague. As our move required more time, his movers explained the additional charges thoroughly. Don't be like me - be prepared to pay the full sum up front through Zelle or Venmo. Cash is better as they provide a discount! As I was pulling my payment from a savings account, my payment would have taken one business day to process. Understandably, Eugene and his team needed to get paid, so I found a way to circumvent that by relying on family and friends. Eugene's team speaks English as a second language, so be sure to carefully articulate what you need from them whenever they ask. They are all great guys who are very sweet and helpful! read more

Quick, efficient and very helpful! I was able to move the contents of my apartment with the help of two helpers and they were able to quickly identify where I needed help. They brought necessary tools and packing equipment to dismantle furniture as needed, tape and pack the boxes I had packed. They also considered where I wanted to place the furniture at the new place so my unpacking wouldn't be strenuous. Bonus points for taking care of the screws from the furniture they dismantled, and re-assembling them at the destination! I would totally recommend these guys to anyone in need. read more

I have utilized several Moving Companies over the years and I have to say that Atlant's Professionalism and Dedication to Customer Service are Second to None. Eugene the Coordinator I initially spoke with was easy to work with and there was no pressure, something I cannot say about several of the other companies I tried to obtain quotes from. He asked me to send pictures of my apartment, unlike Any of the other companies, and their quote was comprehensive and he really put me at ease when I explained the sentimental value of some of the pieces, so I booked them for the move. He followed up the day before, the morning of, and Oleg, the Foreman called in the morning to let me know they were on their way and he, Nick, and Rio arrived on time and set to work immediately. I was amazed at their ability to complete the entire move in 3 and 1/2 hours which included navigating my unwieldy sleep sofa up to the second floor along a narrow stairwell and then through the front door of the apartment with a limited ceiling height. Not a task for the faint of heart! I cannot say enough about Oleg, the foreman, and Nick & Rio his crew. Nothing was damaged, and they took great care with the mid-century modern pieces that are family heirlooms and have a great deal of sentimental value to me.
