I take my boys here for baseball lessons. Nice place. Would like to come back for practice more often.

Core 57 is one of the BEST gyms I have ever been a part of. Kolleen and her team are not only…read moreknowledgeable professionals in the fitness community, but they are focused on the physical, mental, and emotional wellness of their members. I have taken a variety of classes with Kolleen, Sara, and Matt and every class is scalable regardless of where you might be in your fitness journey. There is help and encouragement when you need it, and the environment makes you want to come back and workout again, and again. In terms of cleanliness, Core 57 is a 10/10. I have yet to see dust on anything. Cleaning spray bottles and towels are provided to every member during the class and cleaning is required after each use of equipment and announced by the trainers. It is a small group setting (personal training is offered and classes have 4 members to 12 members depending on the class), so I feel comfortable working out even during a pandemic. There are also restrooms and 2 showers available in case you might need to get ready post workout. This is not the kind of gym where you walk on the treadmill for an hour and blindly figure out what equipment to use. If you're looking for a big box gym for $29 a month, this is also not the place for you. BUT: If you've been shopping around for a personal training type of workout experience that focuses on you being and feeling better, I would 1,000% recommend you to give it a try!

I absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to live a healthier lifestyle. And you make great friends with other members to boot, total bonus! Simply the best. I go out of my way just to come here and drive from the other side of Roswell because that's how much I love it, and I don't like gyms!

I am beyond frustrated with the level of incompetence and disregard we have experienced at this LA…read moreFitness location. My wife and I have been loyal members of LA Fitness for over 15 years in Louisville, KY. After recently moving to Atlanta, we attempted to access this club using our SilverSneakers membership, which clearly provides access to all LA Fitness locations--including this one. Yet, for reasons no one seems capable of explaining, we have been denied access due to what staff repeatedly describe as a "computer glitch." What's truly unacceptable is how this situation has been handled. Instead of taking responsibility, the club manager actually suggested that WE should call corporate tech support ourselves to resolve the issue. That is astonishing. Isn't that part of his job? Only after pushing back did he reluctantly agree to "do us a favor" and contact them himself. Eight days later, we are still without access. Every single morning, we have made the effort to go to the club, only to hear the same rehearsed response: "They still haven't called me back." No updates. No escalation. No accountability. Are we really expected to believe that a manager cannot contact a supervisor or escalate a basic membership issue over the course of more than a week? At 73 and 68 years old, respectively, it is not easy for us to make these repeated trips, only to be dismissed day after day. This is not just poor customer service--it is a textbook example of negligence and severe mismanagement. The complete lack of urgency and care is deeply disappointing. We have earned our access to these facilities over many years, and being treated as an afterthought--especially as seniors--is unacceptable. This experience has left us feeling ignored, disrespected, and completely let down by a company we trusted for over a decade. Do better.

I was given a card to try a free class in a specific month and called this location, which is closer to where I live. It's been open since October of 2020. The owner Kim is very nice. Before I went in for my first session, I called them, and I was able to try a session there. They were so nice about it and sent me a reminder text the day before to confirm I was still coming. When I went in, Kim showed me around the facility and spoke to me about the benefits and how things work. It's accessible 24x7 and has certain hours staffed. Unstaffed hours there is a help device and a couple of neck ones you can wear with you in case of an emergency. There's a monthly membership option ($59 unlimited classes) and an option to pay for a set amount of classes (4 or 8) that you can use anytime. You have to purchase a mat and towel from them ($99). These are made to not melt or release any toxins, which is the reason why. The location is great and easy to find. It's in a plaza with other business and plenty enough parking. One thing I'd point out is that the ceilings are not too high inside the exercise sauna pods. I'm 5'7 and I did the yoga, and when i had to stretch my arms, they were almost touching the ceiling. Otherwise, I highly recommend it and this location.
