I called and the owner asked if he could call me back after lunch. He never called me back - so I called him back. He sent me via email with some really good educational material which sold me on his service. I then emailed him twice over a week trying to set up an appointment to get my car done. NO RESPONSE. Meanwhile a competitor I also contacted called me three times in those two weeks answering my questions and pointing me out to educational articles on their website. I asked if I could come out and visit his shop and he immediately encouraged me to do so. We met and I sealed the deal. Chris did an impeccable job with my dirty 2016 Volvo. It now looks almost brand new! I was very impressed at how responsive this business is, they got me in very quickly, kept me informed about ready time, and did an outstanding job inside and out. I just got my car about 3 weeks ago and am absolutely in love with it, so I was really disappointed in myself when I spilled jojoba oil all over the passenger seat. I also didn't cover up the driver's seat after a few hot yoga classes and was left with some pretty scary sweat stains. It definitely didn't look like a new car when I took it to Atlanta Auto Spa this morning. Thanks to Chris, it now looks exactly like it did when I first bought it - brand new! I did a full detail of my SUV and they did an excellent job. It took 3 hours but it was deep cleaning but they also have other packages for interior or exterior. They validate your parking and you can go to the highland bakery and get free Wi-Fi and wait. read more

Terrible! Do not go here if you want to get your car "detailed" because we payed almost 200 for a full detail and all he did was wash and vacuum the car and then sprayed the interior with shiny stuff. Our mirrors were dirty, dust was in every crack. I am writing this review as my wife is sitting next to me re wiping down everything and the wipes are black and grimy! It's not like our 06 mini cooper was all that filthy to begin with. The exterior coat was also lousy. Don't waste your time here! read more

I feel like I get such a good value, for a $20 wash and vac, my 1998 car, looks shiny and new for weeks, it's so convenient for me to drop my car off on my way to work, and the staff is super friendly, they also offer higher end washes, waxes, etc, and they always do a great job. read more

I love this place! They are thorough and friendly. Even when they are clearly very busy they always make time for me. I've been coming here for over 10 years and the prices are still the same. Can't beat that! Oh and a couple of years ago I had lost a pair of diamond earrings, had no idea where they were and these folks found them while vacuuming under my seat and returned them to me when I came to pick up my car! Went here to get an interior detail - back of SUV was not even vacuumed. Doors and console were not cleaned at all, they may have been quickly wiped with a rag but there was no evidence of it. We had spilled a smoothy in the back seat and I had explicitly told the person in charge when I dropped it off that it was between the seats, yet when I folded a seat there was still smoothy that had not even been wiped. I was told that stains on the seat would not come out. I took the car home and got a bottle of Spray and Auto at Target and after 30 minutes had all the smoothy out, the doors and console shining, and with a dust buster had vacuumed the areas that were completely missed. My 30 minutes did more than giving them the car for 24 hours. Thankfully, when I showed the person in charge that there was still dog hair and sand in the back, sticky doors, and smoothy where I had specifically told him it would be and needed to be cleaned (the whole reason for the detail at all), he agreed that the "detail" job was sub par and did not charge me. However, I would not waste the time getting it there. You are better off using the time to clean it yourself. Aside from the lightening of the stain in the seat and the floor mats (they did look great), there was no evidence that it had been cleaned. Very disappointing. read more
