BEWARE!! I should've noticed all the reviews were many years old. Brought my new 2023 Tesla with less that 1000 miles here to be detailed for her first car wash since I drove it off the lot. Once I got home I noticed a lot of scratches and swirls on my car. Not to mention my new $500 ceramic tint was scratched as well on driver and passenger side. I called and took it back immediately. We came to a resolution for them to "polish" them out but only after being insulted by the comments of "they come from the dealership this way" and "I've been doing this for 20 years and it has never happened before" and "we just fixed someone else's mess up". After their "polish" the scratches are not as noticeable but they aren't all completely gone:( I'm still kicking myself in the butt for not washing her myself. NEVER AGAIN. read more

From the second I drove into their lot I received great service! They greeted me, walked me through the process, and knew my name from the start. They made me feel like they were more than trustworthy. I left my car to get detailed because it was a mess, and when I went to pick up (after about 4 hours which is very quick) it was like a new car. They also rinsed the outside with no extra charge, and their price was very affordable especially as a college student. It was all fast and easy, and my little Sentra hasn't looked better since I bought it. Would highly recommended and will be using them for their service again! I recently bought a used 2018 Kia Forte and when I first received a car, it had a pretty strong cigarette odor. So I researched some detail cleaning places around Marietta and Pro Shine was one of the closest and had the best reviews. Long story short, I'm more than satisfied! The smoke odor is now long gone and it was worth $125 which they've charged me. I dropped off my car and because I live so close to the shop, Steve dropped me off at my place so I don't have to wait around the shop all those hours and picked me up when it was done and drove me to the shop. It did take a long time until I got my car back because I dropped it off at 8 and didn't get it back until 2 or 3 pm but the work they've put into it was hands down amazing so I couldn't complain. Plan your day because it will take them between 3-4 hours. They are located near the Marietta Square and they were sweet enough to drop me off there and pick me back up when my car was finished. When I got my car back I was very pleased. They were extremely thorough. The car was so glass shiny I could apply my lipstick from its reflection. They put the "D" in detail. My wife's car had an awful stench that everyone said was a dead animal. I brought it to dealerships, mechanics and carwashes trying to find someone to help me. Virtually everyone either turned me away or were inclined to take a quick look, only to say they couldn't do any more. Ready to give up, I dropped into Pro Shine and the owner, Stephen came and spoke with me. He took this as a challenge and quickly began taking apart interior panels and seats. the best darn carwash in the kennesaw area. took my company car to them they put the almighty cleanup on this vehicle cleaned the seats,carpet removed stains inside removed the odor that was inside and the outside looked like the car had just come off the showroom floor @ the dealership biggggg kuddoosss to pro shine and the team love this place and not to mention i went on a wednesday which is ladies day with a 10% discount so i walked away paying only $118.00 for everything will be going back and would refer them to everybody. excellent customer service provided as well. read more
