    The team at Red's recently put a ceramic coating on my new Lexus. It looks great! Enron (Red) explained the process and how to care for the coating. He answered every question. He also asked me a few questions about my car so that I could make the best decision about the product to choose. There was no upselling at all. The entire team is professionals. They do a great a great job and are very customer oriented. I am getting a new car in a few months and will be back at Red's to get it coated. They are the best.

    Eron and Andy did a coat of Modesta on my new LC500. Super knowledgeable guys. Did a fantastic job! Really took the time to educate me on the finish and what to expect. This is my first experience with Modesta. Could not be happier!

    Reds Detail Co. is now my 1st choice for automotive detail services. I brought my black 2016 Honda Accord to Red's on a recommendation from a very good friend. Red's Detail Co. specializes in black vehicle finishes. My Accord's new finish was badly damaged by a local Honda Dealership. It looked liked the car had been through 100 car washes. All you could see were swirl marks upon swirl marks and scratches. The dealerships detail staff lacked proper training, and experience as most do and felt the finish was fine. Eron the owner of Red's said we can correct this. I left my Accord and said call me when its ready. The black finish is now FLAWLESS. There isn't a swirl mark to be found, scratches are gone, and the finish has mirrored look that you can't stop looking at. This detail wasn't cheap and should have cost more, but it was worth every penny!!!! Eron also took a few minutes to explain how to care for the finish between annual details. Which I can assure you my Accord will be returning to Red's Detail Co.

    I am so grateful for how good of a job they did on my civic. These guys rock. Their customer service is great and their work is awesome. I spoke to one other company over the phone before coming here... and there's no comparison to the customer service. Car looks awesome!

    Do not bring your car anywhere else! This place is awesome. Eron did a great job in my 2011 black Mustang 5.0. He recommended clay bar, polish, and sealant. It turned out amazing. Customer service is great as well.

    I d not get details very often but in pretty sure this should not still be here after $200 of "detailing."

I was told I would receive a second key fob, but that promise has yet to be fulfilled. I also put $3,000 down on the vehicle, yet the dealership couldn't even provide a full tank of gas. I left the lot with the gas tank barely above "E." I was reassured they would take care of it later, but after calling multiple times to schedule an appointment, I've continued to get the runaround. As a side note, purchasing the warranty insurance did not feel worthwhile in my experience. You can cancel, don't be fooled. Overall, the customer service after the sale has been frustrating and disappointing.

    One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a car dealership. My daughter saved up her own money…read moreto purchase a vehicle and found a 2023 Hyundai Tucson at Marietta Auto Sales. From the beginning, we were told the car had undergone a 10-point inspection and that a few dings on the side would be repaired. Within just a couple of weeks, multiple warning lights appeared--including low tire pressure, worn-out windshield wipers, low windshield washer fluid, an overdue service notice (-139 days), and a "check forward safety" light. I made four separate trips--each over an hour away from home--to have these issues addressed, and only a few were resolved. Today 3/6/2026, when I returned to have the safety light checked, I discovered the hood latch was completely missing. At that point, I was done. I spoke with the finance manager, Chris, to ask whether I could receive a refund or exchange the vehicle. He told me they do not do swaps, only trades. I selected another car priced exactly the same--smaller, even--and was then told it would be treated as a trade, costing an additional $3,000-$4,000. Absolutely unacceptable. The dealership took no accountability for selling us a faulty vehicle, and I am deeply disappointed and hurt by how we were treated. Their focus seems to be on profit, not customers. Please do not waste your time at this dealership. They know the situation is wrong, yet all they agreed to do was replace the hood latch. gave me a half tank of gas, washed the truck, and then told me to go to a Hyundai dealer for the safety light diagnosis--which would cost me another $200. They would not give me anything towards it. SMH Please note: This is NOT a one time incident. There were several dissatisfied customers there today. After further assessment, the vehicle was found to have impact damage which was not disclosed to us. My attorney has been contacted
