These guys are awesome - the best around by far. Not the cheapest price you'll find, but you get what you pay for in this business. The car was in fairly good shape before I brought it in, but they took it to the next level. The PPF I inherited when I bought the car wasn't quite perfect after a couple of years of wear, but they did an amazing job getting it as good as possible without having to replace it yet. When it's time to get the PPF replaced, I'll definitely be back here. Reds Detail Co. is now my 1st choice for automotive detail services. I brought my black 2016 Honda Accord to Red's on a recommendation from a very good friend. Red's Detail Co. specializes in black vehicle finishes. My Accord's new finish was badly damaged by a local Honda Dealership. It looked liked the car had been through 100 car washes. All you could see were swirl marks upon swirl marks and scratches. The dealerships detail staff lacked proper training, and experience as most do and felt the finish was fine. Eron the owner of Red's said we can correct this. I left my Accord and said call me when its ready. The black finish is now FLAWLESS. There isn't a swirl mark to be found, scratches are gone, and the finish has mirrored look that you can't stop looking at. This detail wasn't cheap and should have cost more, but it was worth every penny!!!! Eron also took a few minutes to explain how to care for the finish between annual details. Took my truck in for a wash and seal. When I picked it up it looked fantastic. After I got home, I got out of the truck and happen to run my hand over the front fender, it felt rough, I got some cleaner and sprayed and rubbed the paint. It came right off. Looked around and the front end was just like the fender. The truck was parked before I took it in, under a tree for a few weeks. The material I rubbed of was tree sap, the truck had not been properly cleaned and the wax and sealer applied over the dried sap. Hard to believe but I spent over a hundred dollars for a bad job. I called today with a stinky car emergency. I spilled a Greek salad with extra onions and feta in the minivan, and at 9.5 months pregnant could not bear the smell. I called and the man on the phone said to come on down and he'd have a look. Eron not only got rid of the smell pretty much immediately, but was so nice and helpful. In January, our car received PPF from Reds. This month, a car door was flung into our left side wheel well trim tearing the film. There was no damage to the paint, nor a dent. Wow! I picked up my car yesterday after a complete polish and C-Quartz application. What a gorgeous result... looks even better than new! It's a convertible ///M6 with metallic San Marino Blue, and Eron worked his magic. I've never seen a prettier car, especially in the sun (I might be slightly biased :) As far as the service, Eron was right on schedule - he even went the extra mile above and beyond, filling in rock chips with touch-up paint and making the wheels look perfect. If I could post less Than 1 star I would. I was quoted $225 for a full interior detail and exterior wash and wax. After dropping my truck off it began to rain. So I called them to ask not to clean the outside today and that I would bring it back the following day after the rain was gone. They said okay no problem and went ahead with the interior detailing. When I went to pick up my truck I asked what the new total would be since they did not clean the exterior. The owner who was checking me out said the new total was $200. I said so it will be $25 tomorrow to have the exterior wash and wax? He said, No. The exterior wash and wax is $85 and told me that I was Misquoted originally (how convenient) I told him to look on his book that was open in front of me and it was clear as day $225 next to my name)So, I did the math which obviously didn't make sense. When I questioned him he got defensive and started arguing with me saying "oh you are one of those people that prey on small businesses!" And then He called me a chicken hawk lol and a dick. So then He Asks me what I think I should pay him so we take a look at the inside of my truck and the areas that I asked him specifically to take care of were not even touched. So, we get back inside to check out and he was still calling me names etc. I told him go ahead and charge the $200 to my card so I could get out of there and never come back. I have only posted a few Yelp reviews ever. This is the first bad review I have felt the need the post. It is a shame that someone takes advantage of people this way. As for me preying on small businesses I myself am a small business owner and would never dream of treating a customer the way I was treated. Buyer Beware! read more

I have been here several times. They do an excellent job with my car. It takes about 3 weeks to get an appointment with them. I made an appt. for myself and a friend. On the day of, my friend's battery died. I called to reschedule hers. I was on the way there to have my car washed/waxed. They gave me a reschedule date for her 2.5 weeks out.
