It's a knockoff of a Delta Lahara Centreset 2-Handle Bathroom Faucet. They won't budge on prices even though their store name is 40% below outlet... they're not, she told me it varies. You get an A-OK deal here but nothing to rave about to your friends and family. I drove an hour to get there for a mediocre deal... yay.

Poor quality door finish & AWFUL customer service!…read more I've purchased a ~$3000 front entry door from the Roswell location. the weather stripping on it was cut too short by the factory and had to be replaced. when I tried to contact their "customer service", the person I spoke with (Ishio) blamed me for "not checking the door before installing it" and was unable to offer a proper solution or send someone to fix/replace it. Returning the door at this point is not an option and they know it. Their "warranty" won't cover labor required to replace it (~$160) I was told that I should get a call from the general manager Tim, needless to say no one called.

Their tendency to start bragging about how much they would have or could have spent if only the company had better service. That is tacky and irrelevant, stop it and move on! Yes, they're pricey, they are in Alpharetta! Sometimes, it is just about location and some stores have a different pricing structure based on the surrounding area or address. If customer service is that important to you, make an appointment because they don't have sales staff on the floor, their staff is actually busy completing designs and processing orders. If you want a sales person on the floor, head to Lowe's. Yes, these stores tend to be very pricey because they are in business to make as much of a profit as possible and if they can get you to pay $7000 for that tub, they are winning! There are other options for purchasing kitchen and bath appliances, fixtures and accessories. However, if you don't want to spend the time really searching the various options and you don't mind plunking down the cash, this store just might be your ticket. I like this store over their competitor because they had a greater variety and it didn't read "pretentious". You might look up and see "Game of Thrones" and Cinderella sharing the same space, (lighting). When it comes to my kitchen and bath decor, it needs to be simple and clean in design. These are highly functional areas that must be calm, relaxing and free of visual clutter or bling. Showrooms are obviously designed to get your attention and they do because they have beautiful inventory. No doubt. I didn't see anything that caused me to get super excited so my search continues. ***When I entered the store, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and signed in. I was told that there were no sales people on the floor but if I needed more information regarding an item, I could just let her know. I was then free to browse unbothered. ***Remember, if you know going in that you will require assistance, make an appointment. ***Don't feel obligated to purchase here, comparison shop like you do for everything else.

My wife and I are renovating our basement and we came here to shop for bath fixtures and a bath tub. We met with a sales associate who was pleasant and somewhat helpful. But, I don't feel she did much in terms of service besides walking us around to the fixtures, pointing at them and, well, that's about it. We could have done that ourselves. Anyway, we told her all the items we wanted, including a $5000 bath tub. In total, we had about $12,000 in our 'cart'. We went home to confirm we had everything we needed. In the meantime, I decided to price compare before we pulled the trigger. Literally every single item we had in our cart could be found SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper elsewhere. So much so that when I told my wife the prices I was seeing, she couldn't believe it. After finding every item at Home Depot, Amazon, Kohler, etc, the difference was about $3700 in savings. Not only the fact that they are waaaaaaayyyyyyy overpriced, the sales associate was completely unresponsive to any email correspondence I sent her. I asked her questions multiple times through email and she just never responded. Surprising but after the price comparison, I never planned on buying from them anyway. If you're in the area, it's a nice place to go to look around, see things in person, be inspired, but as far as purchasing, you can find better deals anywhere else. I really can't understand how they justify their pricing when we live in a world where looking up competitor prices is literally at our fingertips.

The employees are exceptionally helpful and very knowledgable. My contractor stopped in to go over the project and he found them equally knowledgable. Anyone that is doing a home remodeling project needs to stop in and take a look at what they have in inventory. They also have stores in Norcross and Kennesaw. The representative there referred me to me to a contact at Sewell Appliances in Sandy Springs to make the purchases. I was shown nothing but patience and kindness until I purchased over 35k in appliances. That's where the exceptional customer service ended. The representative that I worked with never sent the specs for the items I purchased and definitely never pointed out the different nuances that had to be accounted for with the items I purchased. For example the plug for the refrigerator had to be at the top right hand corner of the wall to successfully install. Nevertheless, on the day of delivery, the young men walked in and started pointing out a host of items that had to be corrected before installing. They told me this happens all the time and that I was the third unsuccessful installation for them that day. I'm not surprised when no one has taken the time to detail these items to the consumer. We made the adjustments and rescheduled installation. The second pair of Sewell workers came and installed everything and just packed up and left while I was still in my bedroom. I came out to find that plastic was still covering the entire front of the refrigerator . I turned on the propane range and none of the burners worked so that told me they didn't even see if the appliances were working. I'm thoroughly disappointed and shocked with the subpar customer service receptor this company and will never purchase subzero, wolf or coven products from them again.
