The main demographic of brooks brothers is usually older gentlemen, so most of their fits are Regents and Madison. If you're a younger guy like I am, you probably won't find any suits or jackets your size and fit. However, they are stocking some Milano fit shirts, which are still rather conservative but a lot slimmer than the traditional fits. Ties are usually stripes and solids, mostly in darker traditional colors as well. Also, polos and rugby shirts are in stock for men, but also in traditional fits. Sales associates are knowledgeable and helpful, and overall you're in a jam, you'll be able to find almost everything you need her. However, if you're an oddball like I am who is in his mid twenties and shops at brooks brothers, you'll be hard pressed to find most things her, unless you need a basic white shirt.

I asked one of the store associates if they had any gloves for sale and they did.... thank goodness! Even better, they were on sale and got them for less than $30. He could have told me $100 I don't friggin know anything about buying gloves and considering how cold it was going to be I probably would have bought them. The associate was nice... he wanted to make sure my gloves fit and once we found they did, he rung me up and I was on my way. This purchase was well worth it. When I was experiencing those cold days and even colder nights and my coworker without gloves was putting his hands in his pockets in a futile attempt to keep them warm, I was thankful to have bought my gloves at exoffico.

And the one of the ladies that wasn't doing much asked us to take a cart in the store we weren't using back to the front because I had 2 and ended up needing one while we were trying to shop but it's ok. We ended up finding a suit next door that got alternated and he was so handsome because they took the time to help and find us a suit we ended up buying not only 1 but 2 for both my boys.

Dear Store Management,…read more I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at your DNK Men's store on Headland Drive. What should have been a simple pickup of a suit--already paid for and left for alterations on April 4--turned into an unfortunate and unnecessary confrontation. Upon arriving on April 11, I was informed that my suit was not ready and that I would need to return after 5:00 PM. This was extremely concerning, as I had an event scheduled for 6:00 PM and was relying on the suit being completed as expected. While I was discussing the situation with the associate assisting me, I admit I became frustrated due to the circumstances. However, during this conversation, an employee identified as Tammy abruptly intervened in a loud and confrontational manner. I respectfully asked her to allow the associate assisting me to handle the situation, as I was not speaking with her. Despite this, Tammy continued to insert herself into the matter, raising her voice and following us around the store. The associate who was assisting me even asked Tammy multiple times to step away and allow her to resolve the issue, but Tammy refused. Instead, she continued speaking loudly and escalated the situation further by discussing me with another employee while still in my presence. When I requested to speak with a manager, another employee--who identified herself as the manager--was already involved in the situation but did not take steps to de-escalate it. Instead, the behavior continued, which only added to my frustration and disappointment. Additionally, I did reach out to the district manager, Cornell, and spoke with him directly. During our conversation, he indicated that several other customers had contacted him regarding the situation in the store. Ironically, I had provided my contact information to the store manager and requested that it be shared with Mr. Cornell so he could reach out to me. While he found the time to contact other customers, I did not receive a call from him until several hours later, after I personally followed up by reaching out to him at the Moore store. At that time, he stated that he would go over to the Headland Drive location to address the matter with the managers there. As a long-time customer who has supported this store for years and referred many others, I found this experience to be completely unacceptable. I have even witnessed similar behavior from Tammy toward other customers in the past, though I previously chose to overlook it. Unfortunately, this time I was directly impacted. Due to this experience, I no longer feel comfortable patronizing your store and will not be returning. I will also be sharing my experience with others in the community. On 7/25/23 I decided to open it and to my dismay the bottle had leaked in the bag making my receipt unreadable and it had no plastic tube on the inside of the bottle so that it can't be sprayed. I tried to exchange it the same day and was told I could not because 1st I've had it to long I should have noticed earlier that it was leaking said one of the managers and 2nd I can't return a fragrance that's not in the original package so they can resale it. I asked how can you resale a defective product? How would I know if it's defective until I open it? Burlington refused to exchange it. I called customer service and was told the same thing. How do you sell an obvious defective product and the only way to see if it's defective is to open it up and then tell a customer we can't take it back because it's open. Make it make sense, so now you've taken my money and I'm stuck with a product I cannot use.

A huge part of that was Bianca. She made the entire experience so much better than I could have expected. She was incredibly patient with me (and my admitted ignorance when it comes to style!), helped me video call my wife for her opinion, and even became my photographer while I tried on a dozen or more suits. Bianca completely changed what I expected to be a task into a genuinely fun and enjoyable experience. Then enter Yosef for the alterations. He immediately understood exactly what I was looking for, explained what he thought each suit needed, and took excellent care of me and my needs. What I appreciated most was that he never tried to oversell the alterations--he recommended what was needed and nothing more. ...and topped it off with some style tips! (Thanks Yosef!) I HIGHLY recommend D&K, with an especially strong shout-out to Bianca. Great staff, great prices, great selection, and she actually made the whole process enjoyable. Why go anywhere else?

So, frantically I run into Jos. A, dress shirt, Blue Suede Shoes, bright socks, shorts. The salesmen on staff were both knowledgeable, sharp, and eager to help me get in/out within 10 minutes. Getting to the mall I knew it was going to be crazy as the parking lot was loaded. For a mall that doesn't have that many stores, it was loaded. As always, somehow, I ended up spending money. lol. The store is always clean and the clothes are in order by size. Though the store isn't huge, they make great use of space and the size I need is always easy to find. I went in, hit the jean rack as they had some great selections out with various washes and rip patterns so I couldn't pass them up. Found my size. Got in line and was out the door. The staff is always friendly and help to ensure the shopping experience is smooth. CitiTrend: You can't leave Greenbriar without hitting Cititrends. As it was the day before Christmas, the store was super loaded. The clothes were all over the place in the men's section, however, it wasn't horrible. You could tell people had been shopping all day and the staff was doing their best to keep the store in order. It didn't take me too long before I found a few things I wanted. lol. I walked the entire men's section. Grabbed a few sweatshirts and headed to the register. I love the register area as it always has some extra quick pick goodies. While in line, I grabbed a few hair care items I saw and was on my way. The cashier was efficient and super nice. She greeted me, smiled the entire time, and wished me a Merry Christmas as I departed. Overall, though I didn't want to spend any money at Greenbriar, I got some great deals on some great items as a whole.
