Great service and a diverse selection. I love my athletic wear and will return for candles.

Made the drive over to shop and support. The Village Retail sells products from minority owned businesses. It's a one stop shop to pick up items from your favorite company and provides the opportunity to discover new products. After seeing several "Support Is A Verb" pictures on Instagram and reading about the mission & purpose of their shop, it was a no brainer to go support. They also have teas from my favorite tea company "Just Add Honey" for sale. The retail space is welcoming and the staff is friendly. Great customer service (I asked a million questions, lol). There is a small area where you can try on clothing if needed. I purchased a candle by Sophie Rose Candle Co. which the pineapple & sage candle smells amazing. I also purchased a couple of other items. If you're in the area, stop by. It's an amazing space. And take a pic! Did I mention everything is minority owned

A friend and I went to PCM just to get out of the house and walk around. We walked the beltline first then came to the Village Market because I've never been. I was overwhelmed with how many different products were here to choose from, but also excited. I was already planning my shopping spree for the upcoming week in my head. I love how there are so many different companies represented. The space looks amazing too. I love the setup. The vibe in this space is amazing. The support is a verb wall is my favorite spot. My friend found a jacket from the company Weathered not Worn and tried it on. It fit her perfectly and looked amazing on her and it was the last one in her size. We get to the register ready to make this purchase and the associate says he can't sell it to her because it wasn't supposed to be on the sales floor. Say what now? He said something about certain sizes had to be pulled and that the barcode he scanned didn't register anything so he couldn't sell it. This experience will not keep me from supporting black businesses. It was definitely frustrating and a bit unacceptable. I may not understand though. Outside of the experience of finding something and not being able to buy it, I enjoyed my visit to the Village Market's PCM location. I can't wait to come back to do some shopping for myself.

I had the most amazing experience at this store. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and they are currently featuring 40 black owned businesses under one roof! It was so fun checking out the different types of products and having a chance to support small businesses! I wish we had one in Los Angeles too !

I had family in town and I took them to Ponce City Market so they can explore a good variety of what Atlanta has to offer.

I love that they have a design center and in theory that would be helpful before ordering any furniture. There are two rooms and apparently a staff member to speak with (though I have never actually seen anything here). I do like that they have all the upholstery options for you to see in person and feel if you want/need prior to ordering. The actual design room doen;t really ever seem to change though which strikes m as odd. Great slection and organized store. Good selection of petits and some bridal whihc is a plaus for me at the moment as I shopping for honeymoon. I do think they decor selection isn't as varried as other locations like Lenox, Alpharetta, or West Side (odd beciase there is so much oppertunity witht eh huge floorprint). Fitting rooms are big and clean with lots of seating and nooks for your personal items to not have to sit on the ground. I have never waited in line for a fitting room - though I have never been here on a weekend. Sale section could be better - again it is large but I never seem to find anything like I do in other locations. Staff is freindly but never seem to be around (possibly due to size of gthe store with the amount of walls as dividers). It doesn't bother me as I am the type to not ant to talk to anytime unless I have a question but I could see how it may be a negative for others. I typically just head tot h fitting room or till if I have questions and it is never an issues. Probably my third favorite location after West Side and Lenox. Yes you he t pay to park unless you luck into one of the "free" spots (which basically never happens lol)

The Beehive on Caroline Street is easily one of my favorite spots in Atlanta. It's so much more…read morethan just a store; it's a creative escape. I've spent quite a few weekends there taking everything from sewing and flower arranging to candle making, and every single class has been a joyful experience. There's something refreshing about stepping away from a screen and actually making something with your hands. The boutique side is just as great--it's packed with unique, high-quality gifts from local makers, so you're always finding something one-of-a-kind. Plus, they give you 20% off any purchases on the day you take a class, which makes it nearly impossible to leave empty-handed. If you're looking for a new hobby or just want to support the local creative scene, you really can't beat the vibe here.

This is my first and last experience with this store…read more I ordered the Flight of Fancy tote on May 10th, with one more left in stock after I placed my order. It is now May 29th and today I received a generic email saying the item is out of stock and I was issued a refund. BUT before that, I received a text from the store manager Mari that due to a glitch in their system, my order had just gone through on May 18th. She assured me the issue was remedied and my order would ship out the next day. When my order had not shipped by the end of the week, I emailed her directly. She replied this past Monday, saying the person responsible for shipping orders abruptly left. She again assured me my order would ship the next day. It did not, and I contacted her via text, asking her to cancel my order. Without a response directly from her, I got an automated email today that said my order was refunded because the item is now out of stock. I waited almost three weeks for my order to ship and then it got canceled, not because I requested it, but because the tote bag was out of stock. They didn't set aside one to ship to me when it was available once my order actually populated a week later. The locals seem to love this store but I'm not a local and if I were in charge, this is not the experience I'd want a customer to have or the impression I'd want to make.

Based off of their social media, they just opened up in November. Bombchel Factory is a black owned and woman owned small business. I didn't really read about them until I got home, but I love the story and mission the owner Archel has created for her business. The store is open and accepting to all walks of life. This shop has a number of African inspired items and patterns which is displayed through clothing, jewelry, candles, etc. I was drawn to the tie-dye Atlanta Influences Everything long sleeve. The shirt is unisex and comes in a variety of color patterns. I will say the store and clothing is geared more towards women as there isn't really any men clothing that I noticed other than the unisex shirts or hoodies. There's a number of other things in there I'd live to get and will definitely be returning to get. I'd say their prices are fairly on par with similar shops/boutique style shops. The shirt I think was $60, which some may find on the expensive end, but it didn't surprise me for a small business as a lot of these items are hand crafted and there's no huge manufacturing things as major retail businesses would have. The two staff members that were working at the time were very friendly and helpful during my visit, and not pushy at all which I like. All in all, it's a cute shop and it's nice to see exposure to more small black owned businesses in the city, as well as in Ponce City Market.

Every time I go in, they make me feel so good and welcomed. Any time the owner, Archel, is there she goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. If my size isn't in the store, she has offered to get it for me. The styles they have are high quality and the items are priced appropriately especially for PCM. I also love that they are more than honest about which items come from where; some are curated in Atlanta while most come from various areas in Africa. The best part about this brand is the back story, which everyone that goes needs to ask. I won't go into the details here, but just know every purchase comes with purpose!
