Not very compassionate. Purchased a pair of shoes, never worn them. Informed him of that. Tried to return them because I received an additional pair for Father's Day. Wouldn't allow me to return them, and began giving different reasons (excuses) why. Not very customer friendly. Sells as if as sale are final l, but doesn't have that written in his store policy. Hope no one has a problem with their purchase read more
