It's been our experience that it's almost impossible to get somebody in the pool business to come out if you're not willing to sign a contract for cleaning or maintenance. Roberto not only came on time but followed up and his team did an exceptional job of getting our pool and spa running as well as giving us some basic lessons to keep it running well would absolutely recommend wizard pool services.

I am not sure that anyone wants to listen to someone act like they are unhinged in reference to customer service, but they are lacking severely in all departments.

We met with 5 pool contractors. We narrowed it down to 2. One said that if we wanted to use the pool this summer we would need to wait to begin, Thrasher Pool said they could get it done. After speaking with a few references and another meeting with Chris we had the confidence we needed that Thrasher could meet our aggressive schedule to be swimming this summer. Construction began March 28th and we were swimming by June 1st. Chris Fogelman provided excellent design advice, and was receptive to changes and additions that we made during the process. Thrasher is professional, dedicated and offer an elite level of service yet their pricing was in line with other bids. Our pool is gorgeous!! The fountains come on each night at 7pm and beckon us outside. We highly recommend Chris and his team at Thrasher Pool and Spa.

They immediately sent Kyle out to give…read moreme an estimate. 5 days after the estimator came out, I had to call the company to get the price - estimator hadn't called. The company had him get in touch me with the price which was reasonable, but he quickly added it would be 3 to 5 weeks out. It was April 27th, so no worries. I asked him to put us on the schedule and then for a quote to see if they did stain removal on vinyl liners. Again, no estimate, so I called the company and Kyle emailed back, we don't do that. I asked if we on the still on the schedule and he said yes for Thursday or Friday of the week of May 14th. We haven't heard or seen their people yet. Extremely frustrating company to deal with!

Andys is fine with the weekly pool maintenance, but when things go wrong ... they are unorganized, seem to have staffing issues, and lack accountability. I literally had to call or text them every day for over a month to ask when my repair would be done. They only finally did the repair when a VIP friend called the owner. Just before my birthday this year, I decided to give myself the gift of a hot tub to complete my…read morebackyard oasis. I did a ton of research and shopped around quite a bit. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a Peyton 680 Series from Atlanta Hot Tub Center. It was installed a few weeks ago and I have to say that this investment was well worth every penny. Even my penny pinching husband agrees with me on this one, which is saying a lot! The delivery and installation was fantastic and exceeded expectations. Jerry Roberts and his team were true professionals. They navigated the obstacles of our terrain flawlessly and set up our new tub in its designated spot without incident. They cleaned up after themselves and got our new tub up and running in no time. Jerry was great! He set everything up properly and made sure we knew exactly how to work and maintain the spa for optimal performance. My only complaint throughout this whole experience is that I would have preferred a bit more proactive communication prior to delivery and installation. Dusty did tell me it would be several weeks before delivery but as we neared the end of the estimated window he gave me, I found that I had to keep calling to get a status update on when to expect delivery. It would have been nice if they had reached out to me to ensure I had taken care of the electricity or to give an updated estimate on when to expect delivery since there were some things we needed to take care of on our end before taking delivery and it would have helped us plan those things better if we had heard from them without me having to call the office multiple times. It was mildly annoying but at the end of the day, I decided not to knock a star off for it because they made up for it with a great delivery and overall experience. I am happy that we went with Atlanta Hot Tub Center and if I had to do it all again, I would choose them over the competition any day.
