Despite multiple calls and emails, they were largely unresponsive. When we finally reached them, they agreed to a monthly maintenance plan. However, beyond superficial cleaning, they failed to resolve major issues. The pool loses water, makes strange noises, and the hot tub empties itself. They sent a cleaner who had no clue how to diagnose or explain the issue. On my second call, a manager named John promised a resolution but only offered vague updates. He also addressed me inappropriately, calling me "brother," then abruptly ended the call. In summary, YammyPool has ignored critical issues, provided no solutions, and continues to charge us while leaving the system malfunctioning. We expect a prompt, professional resolution or we will escalate further.

The company had him get in touch me with the price which was reasonable, but he quickly added it would be 3 to 5 weeks out. It was April 27th, so no worries. I asked him to put us on the schedule and then for a quote to see if they did stain removal on vinyl liners. Again, no estimate, so I called the company and Kyle emailed back, we don't do that. I asked if we on the still on the schedule and he said yes for Thursday or Friday of the week of May 14th. We haven't heard or seen their people yet. Extremely frustrating company to deal with!

We also had a conversation via text. I thought all was confirmed until I got a call just now asking to remove us from the schedule. I said I thought all was confirmed especially because a representative had already came to the property and explained what needed to be fixed. They seemed really excited to get us off the schedule - I guess they don't want our business. The person I spoke with was super unprofessional and was in a rush. I will have to follow-up with our realtor and share our experience with them and urge them to not recommend them to future clients. Terrible experience.
