One of the best parts about this place is its open Sundays. It's one of the only consignment stores in the area that has great hours for the working folks! They typically have a $5-10 cart on the outside with some items they're trying to clear. I have found some amazing theory pants on this rack. They carry all types of brands; From high-end to moderate brands, but all in great condition. They will have a sign at the front to tell you what colors are on sale. This weekend I scored a pair of AGOLDE jeans for $8. Amazing! I usually get a good amount of items for under $70. The brands I picked up included, AGOLDE, Banana Republic (NWT and this season), and some theory pants for $11. The customer service is okay. You will get greeted sometimes, sometimes you won't. I've never had a negative experience tho. Everyone is always readily available to help, if you require it. FINAL VERDICT: if I'm ever on a thrift marathon, this is always on my list of places to stop at. I absolutely adore their inventory and I love to shop second hand. When I saw that they already had 5 stars it really piqued my interest. Going to their establishment, now I understand why. When I first called, I received a male (I think it may have been Mr. Harris himself) on the line. He was courteous, professional and seemed genuinely excited about me choosing his establishment to get my ring resized. I arrived a couple of days later to Bradley's. The place was clean, quaint and had a assortment of beautiful handmade jewelry for sale. The reception that I received from Monique was great! She was friendly, personable and had a strong love for jewelry which made me feel like I was in the right spot. The only snafu that I had was the first time I got my ring sized, it was a little too big. I called Bradley and the associate (I think it was Monique- forgive me I can't remember) apologize and invited me to bring it back so the could fix it. I brought it back and they sized it the same day at no charge. Not mention that they cleaned my ring and made it super shiny! They gave absolutely amazing customer service! It doesn't hurt that he's an actual goldsmith so you don't have to worry about it getting sent off and waiting on a long time to receive it or having someone mess up your precious ring. The whole staff took the time to send me pictures of the items, answer my questions, and shipped everything wrapped so well my wife knew I didn't do it. Consumer please beware! I left a Movado watch and .5 carat diamond stud earrings on consignment and…read morenever received my items back. When I returned to pickup my jewelry the store was empty and closed. No one from the store contacted me to advise that they were moving, closing, gone out if business, etc. As a matter of fact, no one would answer the phone and the voicemail was always full and no one would return my call after leaving my number with the paging service. I filed a police report and tried to locate owner. I was told by the owner that she sold part of the business and my items were given to the new owner. She claimed that she went out if town and when she returned, the locks had been changed and it was too costly for her to pursue legal action against her partner...Upon contacting her partner, I was told that she did not have my jewelry and had never seen my watch and earrings. To date neither owner has not returned my items or provided any knowledge of the whereabouts of my items and will not disclose any insurance information to assist me in recovering the value of my property that was insured for approximately $2400. I have referred the matter to the local police and is under investigation.
