Do not use that company!! However this company is hands down the most courteous and helpful service!!!Guys come in uniform with a truck equipped with every key possible. I called after locating on yelp and a tech arrived within 15 mins. You are quoted before any work is performed. My tech Shar came in analyzed my car because a new key program was needed. He looked at the part and automatically knew what the problem was. Ultimately I have to take my car to the dealer but Shar was able to assist for one hour trying everything possible! He knew exactly what I could tell my dealership . Asked for registration and id's to match my car( as the other company did not) super professional and did not try to haggle the price, I highly recommend this company and especially Shar!!

Well I didn't get Eugene, so maybe that's why my experience wasn't as great as everyone else's. We…read moreneeded an emergency locksmith to get us into our place after we locked ourselves out. The star is for the guy showing up on time on a Sunday night, and for getting us in our home (although if I could give zero stars, I would). It cost us around $175 and after we were in the house, he asked us for payment in cash. We don't carry cash. He wouldn't take a credit card (despite them advertising as credit card friendly), so we paid with a check. However, the locksmith had no idea what he was doing. Our lock AND door are totally busted, broken, in pieces. We had to give up a day of work (since we didn't have a way to lock the house) so the technician could come back Monday night and fix the lock, only for him to tell us he had the wrong size lock with him and wouldn't be able to fix and replace it. He had no idea *how* to fix it, even though he's the one who broke it. On Tuesday, he was supposed to come over in the morning to try again, but called us to ask if we could ask our office if they have replacement locks he could use since he didn't have the correct part. We had already explained to him on Sunday that no, they don't, this is not an apartment complex but an owned condo. They don't carry locks, we don't have a maintenance office. That's why we're calling a locksmith. He said he could not help us. We ended up calling a different locksmith company to see if they could help fix the damage done by this company, because J&M's technician didn't have the parts to fix what he broke. Plus, he asked us to call someone else to find the lock. According to the new company, there are pieces missing and broken, and they made so many errors that we need a specialty lock ordered. Now I have to keep spending money to fix what they damaged. We called J&M on Tuesday to explain the damage that was done and ask for a refund and/or damage reimbursement since they directly caused the unnecessary damage to our door. We sent photos of the damage, per their request. We called them twice and both times they said they'd call us back - they didn't. We called again, they didn't answer. We called twice on Wednesday, they still didn't answer. We sent a text on Wednesday asking them to call us back, and they finally texted us back saying they wouldn't do a refund because we didn't contact their office - even though we had been in touch with their employee directly. Their employee said they didn't have the parts, the reason we had to contact another company was because they didn't have the parts. And yet their reason for not giving us a refund is that we should have contacted their other technicians? NEVER do business here. Ever. This was beyond poor customer service, it was a never-ending nightmare. I even filed a complaint with the BBB, which the company ignored (this action can be found on the BBB website).

They were also the most expensive out of three companies considered. In response to Intown's reply: We did pay $600 more to fix the hidden trim work. We didn't feel it was right to pay an additional $1,000 for that and other items addressed in the estimate. As for changing the scope of the project, the recommended paint did not perform as described by Intown. We could not see our way clear to pay an additional $1,400 on a $14,000 job. We used to be one of those 1,400 satisfied customers. Sorry we could not work this out.

He assured me a member of the team would arrive soon with an estimate and even invited me to call him personally if I didn't hear from the team soon. There was no need, I received an email and a call later that day. Russ showed up the next day and provided an estimate for the project. While I had him there, I showed him some other issues with the house that had been on my "to-fix list" and he provided an estimate for those projects as well. The cost was exactly what I expected, and I gave him the go ahead to schedule workers ASAP. They came within a few days, even though it was all happening around the Thanksgiving holiday. Jose and another roofer (sorry, I didn't catch his name) showed up early for the appointment but waited out front until the appointed time. They were courteous, kind (even to my very excited dog), and had the problem fixed in no time. They even installed additional flashing to the second skylight (which hadn't yet started leaking) just as a precaution, free of charge. The office staff were just as kind and professional as the roofers. I worked with Deb Burris who helped me with billing and scheduling. The interface for billing was simple, the contracts and estimates were clear and easy to understand, and she was very knowledgeable and responsive over texts, emails and calls. I will certainly be calling them again soon for those other household projects. I recommend using them if you have any home improvement or repair needs.

Not only was his price the best, he didn't put me on hold and look for someone to answer me or have me call back later. He was also the only one who didn't berate me while on the phone, hang up, or ask me stupid questions that had nothing to do with what I wanted done. I scheduled to meet nearby two days later, he showed up on time, cut the key, programmed the remote, charged me what he quoted, and was very friendly and professional the entire time. I felt like an actual valued customer. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I won't use anyone else from now on.

My experience with Mr Locksmith fits the latter description. I lost my car keys while in Atlanta for work and needed someone to make a new key so I could get back on the road. The ford dealerships quoted a 2-3 day leadtime however when your travelling for work away from home you dont have 2-3 days to wait for a new key. Mr. Locksmith met me at my car within 30mins of calling, and immediately began to work on making a new key. My car represented a huge challenge in that the key is a high security specialized blank that nobody seemed to have available. Mr Locksmith spent over 11hours driving across greater Atlanta searching for the right match. Most locksmiths would have given up or not taken the job in the first place however Mr Locksmith remained persistent and worked through the night (3:00AM when he finished) to get the job done. He knew I had a business meeting 2hrs away at 9AM the next day and made sure I had an operable key to take me there by the next morning. Its a very rare thing to encounter someone passionate about their work these days, and Mr Locksmith is that, a guy who is honest, fair, and passionate about helping others.
