He was hella cool, provided great service, and was just an all-around great guy. The food was really good, but I'll never forget that Japanese lemonade! My goodness--so fresh, crisp, and refreshing. Valet parking was included with the cabana rental, and there's also free self-parking not far from the hotel. We have a 6:30 p.m. dinner reservation at Nobu, and because of the delayed check-in, it looks like some of us may have to head straight to dinner without having the chance to check into our room or even change first. This level of service and lack of organization is simply not what I would expect from a five-star hotel. It was a very disappointing start to our stay.
