The owners did an amazing job making my baby shower absolutely beautiful! I'm so glad I found them on yelp...they decorated in a winter wonderland theme and it was even more beautiful than I imagined. This venue was perfect for a baby shower I hosted, Dennise & Robin were wonderful and came through in a clutch in a such a short notice. I really enjoyed the setup, however I would have loved to see more of the theme, Winter Wonderland. Overall the guests still enjoyed themselves. Thank you ladies again! read more

We booked this venue for my sister's baby shower two years ago, 2016. (I can't believe I'm just now typing his review). The two ladies were a delight to work with and the decor was amazing! They said we were going to be surprised and we were! The setting is intimate and the layout for our buffet was great. Prices are affordable and the decor is perfection. I would recommend their services for anyone looking for small space for a small intimate gathering. read more

The hotel manager literally lied to me by saying they were fully committed for the work week and therefore would have lost revenue. I checked the website and there are rooms available tonight - hence the flat out lie. Also noted is they never offered my Ambassador options, placed me in a room next to the elevator and tried to charge me for parking when I told them twice iI took a ride share. Take it from me folks - I travel relentlessly and Marriott management has always been accommodating because they empathize w the road warriors. AC Hotel Buckhead is not only the opposite but uses lies to justify their actions...pathetic.

awful company!!! do not ever do business with this company, unless you want to get screwed. they…read moredon't care about you. they will screw up your accounting. no matter what documents you show them validating where you've paid them, they'll ignore them and threaten to turn you over to a collection agency. their game is wear you down until you finally agree to pay them something (unjustified amounts). jane kropf in atlanta is also not a great leader...she'll email you once you leave regus, wanting your business back. but, she can not effectively assist in resolving issues you have with regus. she's the atlanta vice president of regus. they tried to charge me an extra month even when i notified them in writing 45 days in advance. my contract states that all i had to give was 30 days written notice. even my community manager with regus send me an email saying all i had to do was give 30 day written notice. so, once you resolve one issue with them, then they'll come back and say, well our records show you didn't do this or do that. it's a hoax. if i don't get this resolved, i'll be contacting the secretary of states office, the bbb, and the consumer protection bureau. again, whatever you do...stay away from this company. the stress and anxiety i've endured over the last 5 months dealing with them is more than you can imagine.

The aesthetic is beautiful, I especially liked the woodwork details throughout the common areas and room. Location is convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. What I was not impressed with was the cleanliness of the room and the noise. There was a layer of dust along the baseboards in the bathroom and the grout in the shower had mildew. There was a lot of dust in the room- the top of the headboard, even the curtains let off a plume of dust when I opened and closed them. There needs to be a deep cleaning of the room and more attention to detail like dust bunnies in the corners. Also, there was a lot of noise from guests and/or housekeeping moving the desk chairs which dragged on the wood floors. They need to put felt pads on the chair leg ends, because it's hard to move them without lifting up and they have some heft to them. We only had breakfast once, but the menu was interesting, the coffee delicious and the ambiance lovely, albeit service did take a while. To be honest, I don't know that I would return to this hotel next time I visit Atlanta and want a luxury experience. Not quite a 5 star level of detail, except for the decor and aesthetics. I give the property 4 stars.

With a reservation for four rooms and children in our group, I would have expected some effort to prioritize keeping our party together or at least have all rooms ready around the same time. We have a 6:30 p.m. dinner reservation at Nobu, and because of the delayed check-in, it looks like some of us may have to head straight to dinner without having the chance to check into our room or even change first. This level of service and lack of organization is simply not what I would expect from a five-star hotel. It was a very disappointing start to our stay.

Since January, I've been contacting the leasing office about excessive, incessant barking from a dog near my apartment. Typically lasting from 9am to 11pm. Every day, this dog is barking themselves hoarse. I have called numerous times, most of which were ignored or not followed up on. In the mean time, I've spent $30,000 in rent, for the privilege of listening to someone neglect their animal. It wasn't until I called this week threatening to involve animal control that this was mitigated. No more barking. My questions remain, WHY was this allowed to happen for almost a YEAR. AMLI approves all pets, and clearly could have fixed this issue before it got to this point. This is not luxury. This is poor management for a very hefty price for consumers. My requests to speak to the general manager have been ignored, and I am very disappointed to have spent so much money with a place with such low service levels. There is no need to look any further. This is the place to hold your event! If I could give the ladies of Exclusive Dates 10 stars I would. I hosted a baby shower for my sister-in-law over the weekend and it was a HUGE success thanks to Exclusive Dates. From the very beginning of the process Ms. Dennise and Ms. Robin were both helpful and knowledgeable on what I should prepare for and bring to the shower. This was my first time hosting an event, and they both were able to give me great ideas for games and food to bring. Both ladies are very hands on, and available to answer any questions you may have. The ladies are able to decorate the venue for you, which takes a huge weight off of your plate. You can be assured they are going to make your event looks stunning. My sister-in-law wanted a Minion theme for the shower, and all decorations were beautiful and spot-on. From the time you walked in things felt warm and cozy. My sister-in-law and all of her guests were blown away by everything that was placed for the shower and kept raving about how beautiful everything was. Of course all thanks go to the ladies of Exclusive Dates. I cannot say enough good things about Exclusive Dates, Ms. Dennise and Ms. Robin. Exclusive Events organised our Wedding. We planned our entire wedding from Scotland, as my (now husband) Ian and myself have a lot of family and friends in the USA, so we decided to get married in Atlanta. We were really stuck for a venue, and needed someone who could help us coordinate events. We came across Exclusive Events and decided to take a chance as it was located close to the church where we were to be married, and is easy to find on the main street. We need not have worried about a thing. After the initial phone call we felt confident as Robin is so easy to talk to, very professional and put us totally at ease. She sent us details of the venue, prices, décor, menu etc., did everything she could to help, and has a wide range of contacts. Chef Maurice produced a varied menu, with a wide choice of dishes and hor d'oeuvres which were excellent on the day. We had about 35 guests and they had a wonderful experience - we even hired a Scottish piper, courtesy of Robin and Denise. We're back in the UK now but if we had to do this all over again, we would definitely chose Exclusive Events. Thank you for making our day fabulous! read more

Exclusive Dates handled my wedding venue selection, decor, and coordination for my husband and I. It was all put together in less than three months! During that time, I worked with Robin and Dennise closely to identify the venue location and discuss some of the minor details that my husband and I wanted to incorporate in our special day. Robin was like a friend during the entire planning process. She made sure we had our photographer, DJ, and caterer lined up. I was able to call or text her anytime leading up to my Big Day. On the day of the event, the Exclusive team did a great job setting up the venue, welcoming the guests, and emceeing the event. The venue was absolutely beautiful! My guests can't stop talking about how much fun they had and how organized it was. I'm so thankful to have found this team to help us along the way. I hired Dennise and Robin for my baby shower on December 4th, 2016. I was a nervous wreck trying to do everything but they assured me I was in good hands. I was impressed by their professionalism, prompt communication, and they actually listened to me and were able to put my "Bows and Ballerinas" theme into fruition. I walked into my shower and I cried! Everything was beautiful the exact way I envisioned it to be! They went above and beyond in making sure it was a great experience for everyone! Many of my guest told me this was the best baby shower they've ever attended. It was jack and Jill and all of the guys who attended told me they had a great time and it was their first baby shower. My girlfriend and I hosted our babyshower recently for about 40 people at their Tucker location and our experience was phenomenal. I am late with my review but I can't not write one. My husband and I both love Dennise and Robin. From day 1 they treat you like family and leave you with nothing to worry about. They coordinated my wedding and reception. The wedding was at their Vines Park outdoor gazebo area and the reception was at their Tucker facility. Both were decorated perfectly with my colors and I didn't have to lift a finger! Their prices are great also! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future for parties and anniversaries. You won't go wrong with them at all trust me! I recently held my son's BabyShower at Exclusive Dates LLC. From the moment I contacted these Beautiful Sisters, Robyn and Denise, I knew that I would be in good hands. They were super responsive and professional. They took care of everything and I was beyond pleased and satisfied with the overall outcome. They went above and beyond to accommodate my every need and went on to ensure that everything was perfect! The venue was a nice sized space and very affordable. Denise and Robin are so easy to work with. They are very professional, accommodating and friendly. Their work is a reflection of how much they take pride in their business and love what they do. They did a wonderful job decorating her princess theme and they were very accommodating with everything that was needed to make this day super special! Omg!!! My experience with Exclusive Dates was beyond my expectations!!! Denise and Robyn were extremely nice and welcoming from the day I meet them. They communicated every step of the way for my baby shower. Everything was perfect! They answered my phone calls/text the same day and that was a great feeling. Exclusive dates llc is absolutely amazing!! I had my small intimate wedding two weeks ago and could not have dreamed of a better day. Robyn and Denise ensured me that they would provide a beautiful ambiance and wedding for myself and my husband. Everything from the decor, sand ceremony and delicious wedding cake was amazing.
