No simple syrup at the bar, at least the one bartender tried and the drink was good with the substitute. There was a guy at the door taking money for a cover charge. Then you would have to pay to play pool, ridiculous! Bartenders need better clear cut rolls here, maybe a few more would help. I was supposedly third on a list for a table and it seems I was skipped as were a few others. Athens needs a real pool hall. This place has turned into a disaster from when I was younger.

They let you try all kinds of different styles to get comfortable with the purchase. Good blend of being helpful and also just leaving you alone to play. Highly recommend them for pool table purchase as well. The installer was meticulous in the install and really took his time. Really impressed with the attention to detail and the entire buying process.

The place is very clean, tables were clean and well spaced out. Cues were straight, balls were newish. Besides pool, there was darts, ping pong, cornhole and lots of board games.
