Tom provided us a quote of $13,750 and required half of the quote at the onset of the project. He did come out with some leveling equipment, and began installing cinder block steps. He then disappeared for two months, and did not respond to texts or phone calls. Tom Gomes has been booked and jailed for Theft by Taking in Dawson and Cobb Counties in 2024, and Theft by Conversion in Hall and Gwinnett Counties in 2022. His business address is a UPS store in Lawrenceville but he does not live there. He told me that he lives in Cumming but records show a PO Box in Cleveland.
