Just Say Yes!! I can't say enough about the work that Atlanta Renovation did for us. We had them install new flooring, paint our entire house, remodel our kitchen and master bath all at the same time. We moved out for all of this work. John, the owner, gave us a very aggressive time estimate and we didn't believe it was possible. The reality is that these guys are not only craftsman, but they are nerds too. They use design software, scheduling software and they know how to use it. All of the work that they do up front, before they start the job, results in shorter job duration. We couldn't believe the progress they made each day wen we would walk through our house at 7PM each day. What is perhaps most impressive is their focus. They told us about how focused they were on customer satisfaction and its really refreshing to see that they actually do what they say theyre going to do! But what it really comes down to is - was the work quality and did they meet the budget. And to these questions we say YES and YES. The workmanship was extraordinary, the carpentry was amazing and the tile work is gorgeous. When combined with the wonderful designers on staff, this company has everything it takes to make your house truly amazing. We did get one chage order but that was for upgraded stuff that we selected. We had a fixed contract so we knew exactly what our final bill would be. This review is getting long but I just need to mention the people on my project....John led the team and was accessible whenever I needed him. Fred was our project manager and he was here just about everyday, Elisabeth was our designer and she stayed involved to make sure the design was communicated to the install team, Francisco was the field manager and he did the day to day work. All of these people were well coordinated and there was always someone around to answer my questions. Needless to say, I can't recommend this company enough. I hired these guys to paint the interior and exterior of my home before I moved in. They work like machines! First of all they are unbelievably precise... they marked the walls so they knew where one color ended and one color began. They specified the brush cleaning area, they removed their shoes as they walked in the house, they had every tool imaginable, they had guys outside scraping, inside removing wallpaper, painters on the deck staining, and of course painters painting. They worked like an NFL offensive team that's been playing together for 30 years. It just goes to show that an efficient process makes for quality and a great price. My house looks awesome. I don't know where to start. I hired John when he started the company 15 or so years ago. I hired him to paint my house. A year later he paved my driveway. Then he put a roof on my house. I just got used to good prices and great work. I used to always get competitive bids to keep him in line but he always had a good price. I don't waste my time with that anymore. John's added on to my last house, remodeled my current house and now he's basically rebuilding my daughters house (it needed it). John's company, the renovation store, is very different than the rest of those guys that pull up in a pick up who have been in business for like 5 minutes. He's a solid guy. read more

I was totally paranoid about spending $40K on a kitchen. I've never renovated before much less spend that much money, but I wanted my dream kitchen. From lighting decisions, granite, tile, cabinets, kitchen layout, flow, electric outlets, appliances, ventilation, TV placement, natural light, skylight placement.... and on and on. It has been a couple of weeks since we had our Jack & Jill bathroom and basement bathroom remodeled. We are very happy with the results. My wife can be a little picky with all of the material selections; however Elizabeth the designer was very knowledgeable and patient. She must have met with my wife at least five times to pick out the different types of tile. The installation process was stress free. They even had a professional crew come in to clean the bathrooms after the job was completed! We are going to hire them to remodel our kitchen this summer. read more

These guys are the best. I hired Atlanta Renovation to perform an extensive renovation to my Dunwoody home... Kitchen, Bathroom, Hardwood Floors, Painting and an extensive amount of custom carpentry. I have to report that the work was done perfectly, in time and at the price they quoted. The CAD designs were very impressive and their showroom was instrumental with our decision to proceed with them. We plan on hiring them again for our basement remodel. read more

We had our master bathroom completely renovated and it is an absolute masterpiece. I cant recommend Atlanta Renovation enough. The owners are involved, the project managers kept us informed, the field managers were here all the time and the installer were absolute craftsman.
