The company failed to honor their appointment time. After moving my appointment time at their request we agreed upon a changed time. I went about my day with the expectation we would meet as scheduled. 30 minutes prior to my appointment I get a call that the technician is at my house. I say "but, that is early and I am not there. I can be there at the time we agreed". The technician says ok and we hang up. Now I drive 30 minutes across town to the home and no technician is in sight. I suppose that the technician did not care that I might drive across town to a home that is a rental and not my actual home for the sole purpose of meeting him, or he is just an run of the mill jack wagon, but none the less they left me hanging and exhibited an extreme lack of customer service. Oh and now neither the technician or the office are answering my calls/texts. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOUR TIME IS THE LEAST BIT VALUABLE. read more

BUYER BEWARE on this TV install group! I read all of the great reviews and thought I was going to work with a reputable company. They came in and installed my TV but the audio hook-up didn't work correctly. It seemed it required a follow-up visit from Pablo to connect the receiver to the TV or suggest other options. He said he would come on 2 separate occasions after sending him text messages and phone calls but never showed up on the day or followed-up. After 4 weeks of failed promises and then simply not responding, I was at the point where I just needed to hire another professional to finish the job I paid HIM to do. I let him know that was my recourse at that point and never heard back from him. I would definitely look at other companies in Atlanta, there are several out there to choose from. Pablo and this company was referred to us by the previous owner of our home who did the theatre in the basement. I initially called Pablo and the installers showed up the day of and I had 3 TVs hung up and our basement theatre programmed. They reported I needed to update my universal remote, but they did not have It and I needed to contact Pablo to schedule it. I called Pablo and he told me to text him my information. I text Pablo my information on Sunday and the text showed he "read" it. The installers were suppose to be there Monday with the remote to install and pair with my products, but no one showed. I text Pablo at 9:52am that morning to confirm and he left me on "read" in the text. They never contacted me back. I reached out to Pablo again on Wednesday inquiring about the installation and again he left me on "read". I finally sent Pablo a text informing him we would not be utilizing his services and we will not refer him to others. read more

I was so excited to get my tv installed. I checked out the reviews on Yelp and decided to use Atlant TV Install. I called and spoke to Pablo on Wednesday, April 25. We agreed on an appointment for this morning, Friday, April 27 at 7:30am due to my tight schedule. I was told someone would call me 30 minutes before arrival. I got up early, prepared for my appointment....no show! At 7:45, I called the phone number.....no answer.....I sent a text.....no reply. at 8:44am I received a call, technician stated they were on another job. I took the morning off to get this done. So disappointed. I understand emergencies might come up. You are running a business. Please be considerate of your customer's time. If there's an emergency or you're not going to make it as scheduled. The respectful thing to do is call your client and inform them of the situation. DO NOT HAVE THEM WAITING WITHOUT BEING INFORMED. Very disappointed with this company. Like some other reviewers, I also contacted Atlanta TV Install and spoke directly with the owner, Pablo. I scheduled to have my TV install on Saturday between the hours of 10-12 and was told the techs would call me 30 mins before my install. No call, no tv installed and no follow-up. This is not the way you run a business. At least give your customers the professional courtesy to let them know if you are running late or can't honor the appointment time. I called before 10 to confirm and called after 12 to inquire what happened. No one picked up my calls. I would not recommend Atlanta TV Install in the future and I was a customer previously. If you want your flatscreen mounted perfectly, you need to call Pablo and his team. Not only are they extremely professional, they can offer advice on home theater equipment and setup. Pablo has mounted 3 separate TVs for me over the past 3 years and they all look incredible. He provides the mounts, HDMI cables and can install within half an hour. No wires, no fuss. I've had these guys out to my house a couple of times. They're very good, and unbeatable for the price. The first time I used them to wall mount a TV including adding an electrical outlet. The second time I had them out to remove the Comcast boxes from the back of my TVs. They struggled with one of my wall mounts (which was installed by Magnolia) but the more simple ones they were fine with. The work was good, and the pricing was great compared with Magnolia. The people themselves are very customer friendly, they remove their shoes, they are careful to meet your requirements, and they respond well to feedback to ensure you are happy. I would use these guys for most jobs, although if I was doing something like a custom home theater with ceiling mounted speakers, I might still be more comfortable with Magnolia mainly because I don't know what kind of insurance these guys have. read more

I was very impressed with the guys from Atlanta TV Install. Daniel and Michael came out to our house just when they said they would and they were very efficient! They were both very knowledgeable and walked us through the process. We had a little hiccup with where the builders originally put the outlets and cable outlet for the TV above the fireplace, but they handled it just fine and found a solution immediately. Don't use this company! Owner Pablo will not honor his agreements. He installed and wall mounted a 65" TV for me and never left the parts.. as soon as they left. I asked for the Manual and the parts. He promised to drop them off. This was back in August. I had explained we would need the bottom legs or stands as we will he moving and will not be mourning in the wall. Well, after several months of calling and texting and lies on his part.. today the movers came and picked up the TV. I called him today and no answer and no response. I have always judged companies by the service they give after they make the sale. I spent over $4,000 with this company and now I have to go buy parts for a new 2018 TV. Terrible service. This company gives fast service! I called on a Tuesday and they were able to stop by my house to give a quote 1 hour later. I asked for the soonest installation and they scheduled me on a Thursday. Very nice guys, respectable and neat. They made sure to clean up after their mess. The only reason I took away a star because there was a slight miscommunication. The quote the owner gave me included 2 TV mounts. Although I already owned a TV mount, I wanted to return it and was still in the package and the installer used it thinking he was supposed to. I only noticed the missing package of my TV mount the next day. He didn't steal it, just made an honest mistake and used it for 1 of my TV's. I bought my own brackets for the speakers, so I guess he assumed since I told him to use the speaker brackets, he thought he should use the TV mount. Anyway I called the owner and the owner brought me back a check to refund the cost of what his mount would of cost since they used mine instead of his. That's fair. My quote was $540 1 television 55 inches and 2 speakers 1 television 70 inches and 4 speakers Included mounts for television. The owner said the cost of the mounts are $50 a piece. So I guess labor is $440 dollars, but they were here for about 3 hours to set everything up. And they are very good at responding to my messages. read more

I hired these guys to install a couple TVs, integrate my components and then program everything into one remote. The guys that work with this company are nice, although they racked up my wall during the speaker install. They did a good job mounting the TVs. The owner Pablo was scheduled to come several times to program the remote. He no showed multiple times. I called about 4-5x with no response. I finally called another company to complete the job. These guys are masters in their trade but more importantly, provide true end-to-end white glove service. They made sure all the speakers functioned properly with my reciever. I requested an in-home estimate for home theatre and tv mounting in 2 rooms of my house. Pablo returned my inquiry and came to my house all in the same day. He made great recommendations from the size and type of tv that would look best in my living room above the fire place, which saved me from disappointment later. Upon his assessment of the space where I wanted to put the home theatre, he also suggested going with a a larger projection screen that would be aesthetically more appealing and provide an overall better bang for my buck. He was very flexible with my budget and never pressured me into making any decision. He and his team were extremely flexible with my schedule and had to make 2 trips to complete all of the work. After they mounted the tv above my fireplace, I had to take it down so that the cable guy could gain access to the wires. I called Pablo on a Friday night to have him guide me in how to take the tv down. He told me to just leave it off the wall and he would come back out to re-mount it. Whenever there was a change in plan for how they needed to run wires and make holes in my wall for the home theatre install, he always showed and explained the reason and what my options were before any drilling began. I found this very important because others would've simply modified the original plan without ever notifying the customer. His team cleaned up the entire area when they finished and Pablo spent time afterwards showing me how to use the remote for all of my home theatre devices. There are a lot of companies in Atlanta who do tv mounting and home theatre installations but if you want it done right, on time, and on budget with a friendly and knowledgable company; then give Atlanta Tv Install a call!
