I had a connectivity issue, my smart tv, surround sound and receiver were not syncing for some reason. It was at the point where I was using 3 different remotes to control everything. Great guy. I had a couple of issues that I would expect someone with so much pride in his work to have handled differently. First: he accidentally broke an exterior light in 2 places but didn't tell me. I noticed it when I was looking at the fixture, which was completely smashed on two sides. I sent him a photo and he said he must have hit it with his ladder and offered to replace it. That's pretty difficult to miss hitting, but whatever. I asked if I could pay him to install another light that was broken on my front porch, of course I would pay for that. I ordered the light based off the part number. Partially my fault for not taking it out of the box to inspect it, but I had to leave the house and he installed the light. When I returned home I noticed the light was 2 times smaller than the other 2. I mean, wouldn't a professional ask a customer "did you notice the size difference", especially because it's so noticeable, before installing the light? My usual electrician certainly would have because it's his name and company reputation and he doesn't want something to look bad or be incorrect without reconfirming with me. Now I have to pay my usual electrician to uninstall the smaller light fixture and pay to have the correct size installed. I take responsibility on part of the issue m, but I expect more from people who take pride in their work and this issue impacted my overall satisfaction. Good job installing my Ring system. I've had a few issues with sensors installed incorrectly that I have been fixing myself. I won't use him again but I would recommend him, just double check his work before he leaves and don't expect any "extra effort" on his part. Definitely knows how to install the cameras and door locks and set up the Nest system. Zero issues there. Worked quickly and pleasant to work with. Trustworthy to leave alone in my house (which I'm usually weird about). So still impressed by him and most of the work he did for me. read more

Horrible!!! TRUST ME- FIND ANOTHER INSTALLER!!David the owner is a POS. Not only did he do a terrible installation but, he also missed finding the stud and therefore left extra holes in my wall. He never said anything about the holes that unfortunately, I didn't notice til much later. When I complained about his work he would only return if I paid him another $150, statomg that, " I don't work for free". See added photo. Probably because he already knew the damage he did. Called this guy to improve my wifi network. Came and plugged in a few Eeros and charged a ridiculous price. Do not recommend him! In response to David's claim that it was all explained to me beforehand, that is not true. I thought he was going to have do some wiring. He actually told me nothing about what he intended to do. He also charged me $50 to "hold the appointment". I had Eeros on hand that I had purchased from Costco but he told me that they were outdated. (They weren't!) So for three Eeros to be supplied and plugged in, the cost was $650. Decide for yourself what you think! I have told friends about the experience and we all think the price was outrageous. And it appears from other reviews that David may have a problem with business ethics! When people pay to have hidden wires and they have to call him again for the same reason, that's a problem with the contractor. A good contractor stands behind his work. read more
