Everyone I interacted with genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs and assisting customers. I placed my order and got an email confirming my order. While I never received the text or email stating that my order was ready for pickup, I decided to go to the store at the time I pickup window I selected. The inside of the store is bright and there's plenty of signage visible to help patrons easily navigate through the store. There were several staff members at the front self-checkout lanes to help folks and they greeted me as I waked in. They have all the things you can think of crafting and have a wide range of party supplies in store as well. Some of the prices are a bit high but there is often a sale so it works out.
