I come here all the time and I don't know why but Phyllis in the fabric dept is racist and rude. Every time I come she has a nasty and mean demeanor. I came for some fabric and after ringing the bell and waiting for a while I starting measuring and cutting my own fabric. When I was done I rang it a bunch of times and she came up just as nasty as she could be rolled her eyes and said nothing. So I gave her what I cut and said I'm sorry but I did ring the bell a couple of times. She proceeded to say " no I was standing right there and it's the first time it rang" I told her she was wrong and asked her to add up my items so I could go. I'm not sure what customer service school she went to but it's clear that they failed her and she should take the course again. I have seen her interact with plenty of women with a fairer shade and she is just as sweet and bubbly as can be so I'll let y'all be the judge!!

It's also has tons of crafts and artwork along with seasonal items through out the year. This a is must go to place if you like to shop in a stress free environment. Very rude cashier and poorly staffed store. I will not patronize this store again. I would recommend going to the store on Cobb parkway

I didn't really know what to expect but once I walked in, it looked like a Five Below-ish vibe but more mature. The big difference? The prices. There were some really good deals and some items that were a bittt overpriced, not crazy good deals on that end. But there were some particular items that really stood out pricewise and in terms of trend and quality. When I first walked in my eyes immediately went to the pens that were color-coded - so cute! It wasn't even the pens, but the bright way they were displayed and it didn't hurt that they were so many varieties and some classics in there like Pilot pens and gel pens. The clothes they had were so adorable but I wish they were cheaper to make me feel good about spending on more stuff I don't need, lol. Their "Go Sports" pieces were sooo me. They also had a bunch of holiday items up, party goods, cleaning items, so many things that I didn't expect. Cute store!

Interior / Exterior They're located in the parking lot with Target, so finding a convenient parking space can be a bit of a challenge. I went early, so the store was super clean and organized. My neighbors mentioned that it can get disorganized later in the day. Price / Value Everything seems to be mid to excellent quality, priced affordably. Customer Service The cashier was preoccupied with her phone - before, during and after the checkout process - but that seems to be the standard nowadays. Lol. Overall Overall, I like this store. I was told that it was a subsidiary of Bed, Bath & Beyond but based on my general Google reading, I think they're owned by Dollar General. Too lazy to research it though. The only thing I don't love is that every time I find something cute on the website, it's not available for pick-up at this location (or the Powder Springs, Kennesaw and Acworth locations). And shipping isn't available either. I've missed out on a great cast iron pan and some beautiful dinner plates because I didn't have time to drive over an hour to another location.

Last week I purchased a toilet and also paid for installation (they contract with Angi). The toilet…read morewas not the right length from the wall so the installer was unable to install. As soon as he left, we returned the toilet. They did not have the size we needed, so we asked for a refund. It took a while, but they issued me a receipt stating that it was going back to my American Express. However, the receipt was only for the toilet and not for the installation. When I inquired refund about the installation refund, I was told (by Federika) that it is automatically refunded. When the refund did not appear on my card, I called the store over and over again all afternoon. After AI said it would connect me with someone, the phone only ring and ring. I tried 20 times and each time it rang at least 20 times. Never an answer. I called Lowes Marietta and someone answered right away. They said everyone complains that they do not answer the phone there. They tried to help me by giving them the name/number of the district manager. His voicemail message box had not been set up, so I could not even leave a message. I called Marietta again and they gave me a different number to someone named Tally. I left messages a few times with no call back. The next morning I tried calling again and had the same results. No one answered at the store. I had to finally drive there. They went and got somebody named Jacob who told me he was one of the managers. He looked at my receipt and said it's already been credited to your account, contact them. Then told me that they never refund for installation. I said it was an installation that never happened because it was the wrong toilet. Told him of my experience of no one answering the phone and he just stared at me rudely. I also watched him refuse to replace another customers dead plant. Not a huge plant, a small plant. He was also was rude to her telling her she never bought it there, even though she was trying to explain that it was on her Lowe's card. She was also a senior citizen like me. On my way home, I contacted Lowe's corporate office, who initially told me that they do not refund installations. I said, "but the installation never occurred and the plumber they sent said they would refund". I added that if they do not refund installations that do not occur, why is it such a secret? She was very kind and helpful. Ultimately she checked into my refund for the toilet and connected me with Angi for refund of the non-installment. All of this took me almost 24 hours to resolve, including a trip back to the store. There are a lot of similar stories on here about this store. You are warned. They obviously know about the problems at this store, but do not address them.

Whatever you need you can find it here and be giving your money to small business which is always a good thing! My review is for their re-upholstery services though. Bet you didn't know they did re-upholstery, did you? Neither did I until City Issue referred me to them. Apparently they do some of City Issue's mid century modern furniture re-upholstery. For starters I bought this absolutely gorgeous mid century Dux chair that was covered in this hideous stained fabric that I knew I could get redone to look more period; the price was good so I had to buy it. After I bought the chair I had an email convo with one of the designers to get a quote for my chair and ottoman. I provided her with pictures and dimensions. She gave me the quote, $350 which isn't that much considering the front and back needed to be replaced as well as the ottoman. She also asked me to come in and pick a fabric. They have loads of fabrics to choose from; all styles and all price ranges. They also will let you bring in your own fabric, which is what I did (I bought my fabric at Lewis and Sheron). They quoted me a time of when my chair would be ready. I picked it up when it was done and my jaw dropped. My chair was now pimped out and bad ass. They did a wonderful job and I am so happy that I used Nandina. That chair is now my seating pride and joy. *I will post some pictures when I get around to taking them.
