I know, should have been my first clue! He came by and cut down my tree and literally left it where it fell. A storm had come thru and his clean up crew left with the impression that they would be back to finish the job. After several attempts at contacting him/ no show/no calls , he finally sent a crew over. Within 15 minutes of them staring at each other as to who was going to clean up their mess, they decided they had finished the job. I asked them to please get their boss on the phone so he could explain what the plan was, they got in their truck and left! I have a small back yard and they took meticulous care not to mess anything up. They started around 1140 and did not finish until 6 or so worked through 100 degree heat. Needless to say I was grateful and thankful for the work. Helped them out by giving them so ice cold water throughout the process . Very professional cleaned up after they were done.
