While they agreed to the replacement, they never followed up as promised. After a week of no contact, I had to call to follow up. They then claimed the part had been ordered and would contact me the next day, which never happened. I had to call again. After repeated attempts finally the part arrived and appointment was scheduled, they provided a rental car, but I still had to repeatedly check in throughout the day for updates on the repair. Upon picking up my car, it was not cleaned after the repair, and I was sent home without any paperwork. I called the next day requesting the paperwork, and the manager promised it the following day. The next day, I received an email with outdated paperwork from 2024. When I requested a receipt for the recent work, I was told that they were unable to provide one.
