These guys are amazing! And their shop is very clean and well organized. I brought in my 2013 BMW M3 because there was a vibrating/flapping sound under the front of the car. The plastic protection under the motor had broken free from the car and was only holding on by the bumper. They had me up on a lift in 10 minutes and secured the loose piece, which hasn't made a sound since the repair. My car was ready to drive in 30-minutes, and they didn't charge me for the repair!! I was really blown away by their kindness. I would certainly recommend this shop to anyone in need of service. Eurotech German Car Service - Auto Repair Near Me - Winter Park, Florida

This a real review. I called Eurotech for some help because my car wouldn't start. They seemed very knowledgeable over the phone told and they made me feel like I could trust them with my car. I got my car towed over to Eurotech and they informed me that they would need to scan my car's computer to see what the problem was, which is standard. They informed me that the computer scan would be $150 and with the scan they would be able to tell me what's wrong with my car. I agreed because I really wanted to know why my car wasn't starting. Since it was the end of the day they told me that the car would be checked out the following morning. The next afternoon I get an update about my car their computer couldn't scan my car's computer for some reason and they needed to contact VW to get them to scan my car's computer. I was okay with that but then I was told that would be another $150. Wait, you want me to pay $150 for your computer to scan my car which didn't work and on top of that now I have to pay another $150 for VW to do it. That's $300 just to scan my computer! No thanks. I told them to not worry and I towed it to another shop. I went to meet up with the tow truck to pick up my car and Eurotech charged $150 for the scan. The scan that didn't work! So they couldn't scan my car nor could they tell me the problem with my car but I still had to pay $150. I paid and I took the car to a shop that was literally 20 mins away and they were able to fix the issue within 3 hours. And the best part it was they only charged me $200 to FIX my car. ***Now, is Eurotech a scam? No. They have a lot of cars in the lot and I overheard a customer praising the mechanic about the work they did on his car. Also, they were very nice to me and talked about current events and my daily driver. My issue is that Eurotech charged me for basically nothing. Let's be honest I watch you guys plug the computer into my car and walk away. If you guys would have cut me a break I wouldn't have been so hurt but you charged me the full price which to me is wrong. I don't have an issue with paying but I got nothing out of it minus $150 less in my account. I know I won't get my time or money back but this review may save someone else time and money. Hands down, Larry and his team, the best work, Service, parts, prices, etc. Driver available if you need a ride. The guys are all really friendly. The waiting room is comfortable. Yes this is a real complaint don't take your car to these guys 1000 bill for everything. As stated in last review. Brought my Audi in for repairs was charged 1400 for parts and labor that didn't fix my car in any and was told to bring it to someone who could fix it.Thieves is all I can say!!! read more

If you have a german car and it is out of warranty, you absolutely need a good, reasonably priced mechanic to maintain it. This is not the place. the prices are just as high as the dealers. On my second trip in here i had a service engine light on. they told me i had oil leaks that needed repairing. I said ok fix the leaks, but why is the engine light on? The service manager said he thought it was related to the oil leaks. After an expensive repair, the light is back on in two weeks, so i had to get another guy repair the original problem. Then the valve cover gasket they replaced was leaking again and had to be replaced within 6 months. I would avoid these people. read more

Very disappointed. I made an appointment with the owner to get my car serviced. I showed up on time for my scheduled appointment, only to be told they didn't have any lifts to put my car on. I thought that's what an appointment was for. Was asked by the owner could I come back. The answer was no, I took the day off for this. I drove all the way across town just to be told basically an appointment means nothing. I guess my business nor my time meant much to them. read more

Took my 2007 vw for headlights work. They told that they were going to need more than an hour to diagnose what was wrong. After they charge $200 they say they wanted another $600 basically for nothing. They even had the nerve to tell my wife they needed to call the vw dealership because they didn't know how to troubleshoot the vehicle. Sometimes is better to pay more for the expertise. Don't go there is a total scam. read more

Scam! Broken headlight on my BMW E92 (335i). I replaced headlight housing and ballasts myself...just needed the programming reset as the computer locks off the circuit. They had my car in their shop for 10 days for 15 min of work...called everyday and only excuses..."later today...tomorrow...". Charged $150 for reprogramming...then they couldn't figure it out...so another "2 hours of troubleshooting" for another $300. So after 10 days in the their shop and $450 in charges nothing has been fixed. Their "troubleshooting" tell me the foot module needs to be replaced for $800 parts and $500 labor. Since it is a $400 part and 20 min to unplug and replace I say no thanks and just pick up my car and pay the original $450 of "troubleshooting" extortion to get my car out of there. I took it to another shop (German Excellence) instead...they find foot module doesn't need to be replaced...and for $100 they unlock the circuit on headlight by programming (which is all I originally wanted) and it works fine. Waste of time and money dealing with these guys. No respect for customers and either don't know what they are doing or are rip off artists. Warning: stay away! read more

Took my BMW to be serviced Feb 2010. Paid 2352.56 did not correct the problem, Took the car back in numerous times and they could not duplicate the problem. Left the car April 2010, another 532.57 and still not fixed. They charged me for trying out parts. Then they told me to get a new key. That might help the problem...I've never seeN mechanics GUESS at a problem at a customers expense. STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. ANOTHER PERSON WAS THERE AND HAD THE SAME ISSUES, TAKING THE CAR BACK SEVERAL TIMES AND NOT REPAIRING IT. STAY AWAY!!! read more
