I'd heard about the Northside Splash Pad and was excited to check it out, but the first two times we swung by during "open" hours, it actually wasn't open. I guess it was undergoing some repairs, but I never saw any info about that or info about when it finally opened. We've gone three times in the past few weeks and it's perfect for my little guy. Small, contained (if we close the gate), benches and tables to sit at, and enough water fixtures to be fun without being too much for a toddler. Some of them could use some upkeep, but it works well for us. Thrilled to have this other option for a splash pad during this hot summer!

The website…read moreclearly shows Renew Active can enroll at the gym, with a 9 digit number (vs a 16 digit for the Silver Sneakers option) yet the front desk employees insisted I HAD TO HAVE a 16 digit number, so I guess I'll be choosing a different gym til they can figure it out. The "eligibility checker" they use goes directly to Silver Sneakers (a totally different program). If you have Renew Active don't bother trying.

Received a text message in the morning that they would be arriving and they arrived early which was even better. Seems like this company works seven days a week rain or shine because it was pouring & possibly 24/7! Super nice guy Steven came out hooked up our new pool pump our pool is now crystal clear! His wife who took our phone call told us he would be out in the next couple days and he sure was! The pool store told me it would probably be at least 6 to 8 weeks before they could get anybody out and referred me to Bethesda Pools NC very grateful and did a great job! Told me if there was any issues they would come right back to address it, but I haven't had any issues as it was completed yesterday on Mother's Day. Another thing I could not believe they were working even on a holiday but a Sunday! Being a seasonal company, I understand that and wish I had employees that would work on the weekends but what a great company what a great job and obviously a great family business!
