I can't say enough good about this company and their staff! When Florence destroyed the duct-work in our crawlspace they responded right away and did a fabulous job. Even the flood inspector complimented them on their paperwork! They suggested and added a zoning system to the duct-work that really helped with our comfort. We just had Right Bros H&A replace our two heat pump air-handlers and compressors this week. We have known for ten years that the old ones were on their last legs. But the band-aids couldn't hold forever. The new variable speed units are so much quieter and more efficient! But the real gem is how considerate, efficient, reliable, level-headed, and knowledgeable the technicians are. Art & Roland explained everything clearly and listened to our concerns. They protected the hardwood floors with heavy construction paper, wore shoe covers, and cleaned up after themselves. They ran into a few unexpected issues (ALL jobs have these), but took them in stride. Macy was right on top of the schedule and paperwork. They are really just good people. We were pleased with the estimate, thoughtful and timely install for the projects and how well the equipment is working . We had a split system with two units in our garage and art studio , a replacement hvac system , new ventilation , additional air and return vents , downstairs (basement ) which required some additional electrical but they coordinated everything . We moved into this 120 year old historical house in early October 2021. We did have a couple of disappointments : the workers didn't do cleanup after themselves at the end of the job or wear booties in the house and there was a lot of in and out for a few days in and out of the basement and crawl space so lots of dirt being tracked in on the hardwood floors . But that's been corrected . We also had some delay getting city inspection scheduled but done now . In the end , minor inconveniences. Definitely will be using this company again . read more

Despite being a company that is very far away from Jacksonville, they made an exception to help us out after having some pretty bad service with other company in the local area. We called them in March and they were more than happy to come and check our system out. They were only coming to check it out but after they explained to us all that was wrong we decided to go for it. They fully explained to us what was wrong without beating the bush and with the summer days approaching and being pregnant we decided we wanted them to tell us our options. I mean Arthur broke it down to us as best as he could and he definitely made sure that we were able to get something we needed and wanted while not hurting our pockets. Once we had a running AC we never had any issues with the new system and my oh my was I so happy and grateful! Just recently we had to call him over after a bad storm and he came ASAP! He figured out the issue and it's been resolved. These folks definitely make sure they have happy clients and I am thankful for that. There are not many places that have such great customer service like they do in this company. All the employees are very kind and generous! I super duper highly recommend them if something is ever wrong because they will lay the facts out for you instead of beat around the bush trying to get you to have them return and charge an arm and a leg. If I could go back in time I would have called this company first instead of wasting my money on people to come and tell me what I already knew. One of the companies that had came down destroyed our system by putting the wrong Freon in our system. Let me tell y'all our electric bill went from $200 to $400. Once the system was fixed by Right Brothers our electric bill has dropped tremendously. It stays at a steady $130. Thank you so much for existing!!! read more
