I have been with this company since building my house in 1990. they have changed names many times, but it still from the same place. Now it is Breezeline. I have had an issue with my TV reception since a tree fell on the wires across from my home. PP&L cut the tree and the wires went almost up to where there were before. My TV reception, on all 3 boxes, went out immediately . When the wire was lifted I got partial reception. Internet, and phone never went out, but I could only get certain channels in HD. This exact same thing happened several years ago when it was still Metrocast. The tree that fell on the wires was almost in the same place. My TV went out until they cut the tree and the wires went up. Same problem on 3 TV'S. As with this situation, they kept sending " ALLEGED TECHS" out and kept telling me I had to get new boxes (TiVO) to get better reception. I went for their blabber, and still no remedy. It took 4 months for them to send a bucket truck, and inspect the wires that went down. They linemen told me one of the connectors was loosened, after which everything was fine. That is until this episode. Now the " ALLEGED TECH" tells me that the old TiVO boxes are the problem, and I need to upgrade. I am no t a moron. All 3 boxes wouldn't go bad all at once, and only when the tree came down. He told me they won't send a bucket truck out to inspect the on the pole as long as I have internet and phone. What is this? A Meatloaf song ? "2 OUT OF 3 AIN'T BAD". I have called customer service . What a joke that is. I am thinking on pressing 2 for Spanish. I had 2 years of Spanish so maybe I will pick up a few words, because I sure as hell can't understand "ALEX" or "Richard" A.K.A. HOP SING. On one call I asked to be sent to the loyalty dept. I was put on hold and listened to "BLUE BLUE" FOR 2 1/2 HOURS. I made it to a 7 minute wait time. The next thing I heard was " You Wait Time Is 24 Minutes. Version just strung fiber in front of my house. That is my next move. Loyalty means nothing to these people. They really SUCK ! 36 years and this is what you get. Lets not forget the ridiculous amount of money for this lousy service also. Anyone ever notice all their advertisements showing people and families smiling, and laughing. I find it impossible to speak to a loyalty agent at Breezeline. You are put on hold by agents in a foreign country for up to an hour. Of course if you're looking to add to your account or give them more money you'll get through almost immediately but God forbid you need anything else! I'm over paying for my internet service. I'm out as soon as I find a replacemen. read more

The incompetence of this company has caused me irreparable financial and personal hardship. The company supervisor placed me on a "hold" list advising it would be 2 days for a call-back (never happened) because of the high volume of complaints logged to Breezeline stating they have 4,000 complaints to answer in order. To a point, I had to engage in a conference call with Breezeline and a corporate IT professional, which I hired, to explain to BREEZELINE on the solution to repair a problem situation on their end. read more

the only reason they are getting the one star is because it wont let me give them zero. Horrible customer service, Horrible internet service speeds have not once matched what i am billed for the home phone service is absolutely horrible never rings so i miss calls daily cuts out while talking the connection is horrible and its a landline so that sums up their quality of their service their customer service and support flat out lies to people they promised a price for a year it went through the roof after two months nothing they claimed we would get actually happened. they took money form my account claimed they never got it then charged me a huge amount of fee's even though they got the money and i have proof my bank has signed a statement detailing the transactions they claim my bank never sent them I called the FCC they have received according to them thousands upon thousands of the same complaints against Breezeline so if you are wanting to get ripped off every way possible go with breezeline or be smart and call anyone else read more

horrible company. sent workers to "work on the lines" and they cut my Wi-Fi out. called to have them fix it and the best they can do is send someone out in 5 days. told them i was not gonna pay for 5 days of service. they would not provide any discounts and only said they'll try to get someone out sooner but said they can bot provide me a time or day. worse Wi-Fi ever. I'll never recommend this place. I'll tell ppl to go without Wi-Fi before telling them about this place. read more

The wait time is terrible when it was Metrocast at least you didn't have to wait they would hold your place in line. Also there's been issues with their website for logging in for paying your bill ( I saved my username and password to my iPad ) and it's telling me invalid username/password ) I'm tired of this already read more

I have been more than Patient with this company, and all I get is a 30+ minute wait on hold and to be told the same crap call after call. You can not escalate a call to a manger, because it's all remote and I was told no one has phone numbers. I am currently on hold for yet another night of no internet. I truly hate dealing with this company. It's the same crap over and over. In fact, I wouldn't event give this company a star. Someone needs to be held accountable. read more

I love AB as long as everything is working properly. If all is working and running like it should, they receive 5 stars. I'm giving them one because my family is constantly having issues and CUSTOMER SERVICE holding time is ATROCIOUS. Don't get me wrong, I understand there may be high volume of calls and expect to wait for 10-15 minutes but when I have to be on hold for 47 minutes there's a problem. I hope they figure out how to fix that problem or hire more tech support. My family switched to Atlantic Broadband from Verizon Wireless due to pricing. I love the fact that we get more for our money with AB then we did with Verizon. That being said we have had multiple issues since we switched. When we made the switch, we were left without phone service right away. When we received our first bill, we were charged wrong and had to call and speak to a rep. That was a process. Recently, our internet went out and we had to call to have it reset through them. Currently, our phone is once again not working properly and when we called customer service for help, we were left on hold for about 15-20 minutes. I then spoke with a lady (Cynthia) who was very sweet and helpful. Unfortunately, she was not able to fix the problem and had to transfer me to advanced phone support. I was then on hold for 47 minutes before a gentleman answered and basically said I'm going to send a tech out. Why did it take me an hour on hold for that to be the solution? read more

I have never written a Yelp review but after the terrible experience I have and continue to have with Atlantic Broadband I felt compelled. As an executive responsible for a call center it amazes me that there are companies like this that just don't get how important the customer experience is. We have had horrible internet service for 3 weeks. Over the last 2 weeks we have had 3 different on site tech visits, a dozen or so phone calls to their technical service department, messages to a supervisor and still no resolution or even an eta. The issues was identified last Friday where a new line was needed and our request has been sitting with the Construction Dept for a week now. As a person who works from home from time to time it has been impossible to accomplish this. Unfortunately, the options in this area are equally sub par. I am more than disappointed and will use this example as a "what not to do" for my department.
