Second, when I asked how to enroll in autopay for my service, the representative told me to call 888-866-6924. This number is worthless because it would not let me do anything unless I entered an employee number, which I do not have because I am not an employee. Needless to say, because (800) 880-1077 also is worthless, I was unable to call back to get the correct number. I was eventually able to enroll in autopay online. WARNING: The advertised autopay discount is not available unless you use a Verizon VISA card or your bank account. Verizon itself is absolutely worthless and unreliable (1 star). I got the 5G because my DSL has gone out 3 or more times in the past year and, in one case, I had to deal with the BBB and consumer protection agencies to get a junk fee removed from my bill. This was for a technician visit to my home that found no problems with my inside wiring, but for which I was charged anyway. My phone service just went out today. Verizon is very good at taking my money every month, and recently raising its prices, but not so diligent about making sure the services for which I am paying actually work.

Soooo I asked them to mail me my bill and I will mail them a check and we can make them work a bit for their money... but more than likely just going to ditch them for a less expensive company. That 3% credit card fee might have been better absorbed than the backlash from this stunt.

My informed decision to switch from Frontier to Service Electric (SECTV) is thanks to Marilyn's knowledgeable communication skills. She offered me full explanations of download speeds ranging from 50 Mbps to 2,000 Mbps. Two days before i was scheduled to move I checked my bank account and saw Direct TV had taken 500 hundred dollars that I Did not authorize, I then called to find out why they had taken my money being that the temporary cancelation was free because when i moved in my new place the service was going to be turned back on. When i called them i spoke to several different people and no one could answer why 500 hundred dollars was missing from my account, they tried saying it was not showing up on their end so i had to have my bank fax over a statement showing that they in fact took the money. one woman i spoke to was very nasty to me and told me i would have to wait 5-7 days so it could be reviewed..i was furious about waiting because i needed the money to move, i then demanded to speak to someone else and eventually she hung up on me. My bank said they would then take the situation over a gave me the money back. After I Got settled in my new place i then called to have service turned back on(against my better judgement) they sent a guy out to my house and when he arrived he looked around and said he did not have a ladder or the proper tools to install the equipment....I again was furious and called his manager and he said he would come out to install it and he never showed up. I called Direct tv again a few days later and had my service terminated. The way i was treated throughout this whole experience was unbelievable i will never deal with this company again!

I spoke with Mike in the morning and explained I needed another IPhone 14 ASAP. He told me to come right down and in about 80-90 minutes I was on my way home with all of my apps transferred and a new IPhone. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. A few days later I went back to Mike because I couldn't hear texts coming in from only one of my contacts, Mike looked at my contacts and immediately showed me what was wrong and also how to fix it if it ever happened again. . It didn't take more that a couple of minutes to fix. I highly recommend this Verizon store and especially Mike.
