They identified additional things to be done (fringe repair and remediation of faded color), which I wanted to leave till next time for budget reasons, and there was no pressure to do the work now. The pickup and drop-off were easy to schedule, prompt, and the guys who did it were happy to work with us to get the position just right on reinstallation. I will only use Mergerian for carpet work in the future.

So I had a carpet cleaning done with these folks and I'm not a big Yelper; in fact I haven't…read morewritten a review before, but I have to say I took a chance with these guys and I'm happy I did. First of all, the cost of the service was very affordable, especially when it comes to the more visible companies that we all recognize. They were actually cheaper than them in my experience. Second they are very knowledgeable about what they're doing. I had a few stains in the carpets I had them clean and they went into detail as to what caused the stains. There were some from different sources. The guy asking told me it was because they have different pretreatments for each type of stain. Now this guy didn't just come in with a machine and push it all over the carpet. First he came in with different chemicals for each stain source and scrubbed the stains with a powered scrub brush and let some set longer than others. Then he came in with the machine and started that up. Can't be happier with the results. Before I forget, one thing I really liked was there was no time window on scheduling. They said they were coming at 1pm and they were there at 1pm. We did an estimate over the phone which was nice and the guy measured before we started because he said it looked close, and I have to admit I was a little over what I thought it was, but he said it was close enough and continued with the estimated price. Gotta say; I'm calling these guys back whenever I need any service I can use them for.
