I actually called the store and spoke to the store manager whose name was David just so I could tell him how pleased I was with his employee and he was just as I love going to Logan's, but just to know that I can call and ask questions and not be rushed off the phone or just told anything or given the famous "well I will check and see and the answer is they never check and see" was just totally awesome so if you guys ever need anything for your plants, as I said, I have been going there for years the customer service is superb. Multiple staff members have ignored me while standing around talking to each other, and when I finally asked for help, they seemed annoyed and uninterested. The staff in the greenhouse, in particular, were especially unwelcoming and would not even look up to say hello or ask if I needed assistance, even when I was standing just a few feet away. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this nursery to anyone. I would gladly drive twice the distance to visit another nursery in the future.

This is a great nursery run by a father and son, who built up their business themselves and truly an inspiring American Dream success story! Their plants are well organized in tidy weed-free rows. All the plants are healthy. They have a great variety of the shrubs and trees and had everything we were looking for. The son took us around and patiently helped me choose the best plants for my project. He knew the answers to all of my questions without even having to look on his phone. They are the real deal and a very nice family. It was a pleasure to buy from them. I forgot to mention that their prices are also great, so bring the biggest vehicle you have.
