WOMEN'S CENTER (Brick) -I am still mind blown by my experience today at the Women's Center. How many women were you expecting to pack into the tiny mammogram waiting area? It was even referred to by a worker as a "mammogram party!" At multiple points of the afternoon, there were 8 women in that room at once & for long periods of time with ZERO social distancing, AGAIN! I shared a locker with 2 other women & a changing area with 4 other women. Months prior, the little changing areas had signs letting you know your space had been disinfected & I saw a woman clean the area after each use. Today, in the 3+hours I was at AMI, not a single person cleaned ANY of the waiting area, bathroom, or changing areas! There also was no room to sit so I had to sit inside of the changing area cubby! The mammogram tech was rather rude & didn't care when I mentioned that I was in a lot of pain & had scar tissue under my right breast. Her perfume was also so strong that I could smell it through TWO masks & had an excruciating migraine attack afterwards. You would think medical facilities would know better as MANY people have chemical sensitivities & suffer from migraines. To top it off, one of the ultrasound techs asked the woman sitting right next to me (not even 1ft. away!) if she has had COVID & when? The patient's response, after hesitation, was that she did indeed have COVID & it was quite recently. This is who I sat next to less than 1ft. apart for quite a long time & multiple times while being severely immunocompromised. I cannot even understand how this place doesn't have higher standards, or standards at all. I am absolutely appalled by my multiple negative experiences here and urge others to report this facility if you had a similar experience. read more

my pain doctor sent me to AMI for a hip X-ray. I called them as soon as I got out of my doctors office and they were able to take me right away! they took care of all the insurance paperwork, I just had to fill out the usual client information sheet. they took me 15 minutes early!! such amazingly helpful and kind people!! I've used AMI before for mammograms and MRI's and have always experienced off the charts service!! I've never encountered a cranky person working there! I was in terrible pain during my xray and they were so gentle and made sure I was comfortable ! Staff is unbelievably rude and condescending. In addition, they violate HIPPA and don't care. My appointment was set up through my insurance company for an MVA, and they cancelled it the day of. I also provided my phone number and email at the time of scheduling, and they didnt put it in my file and instead sent all of my information regarding my appointment to a random number they had in a family member of mines file. So all of my medical information was made public without my consent. When I called, THEY LAUGHED. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

I went to the CMCH location for a mammogram. Gerri was wonderful. I can barely move my left arm due to a botched reverse shoulder replacement. She was very patient with me and helped me all she could. She even helped me get re-dressed afterwards (because I can't do it myself). She was so understanding and told me after seeing me, she will never have a shoulder replacement. It was incredibly painful, but she did everything she could to make it easier for me (of course, nothing worked, but I appreciate her effort) read more

Grace performed my ultrasound exam on April 22. Her service was exemplary, and she clearly possesses the skills required to make the exam process as comfortable as possible. Additionally, my script called for an examination of nearby part of my anatomy rather than a possible hernia in my groin. Grace called the doctor's office which ordered the exam and quickly secured a corrected script. Even allowing the few minutes it took to clarify and correct the required exam, my wait time was minimal. read more

i had scheduled to tests first at brick and then at wall .when i mentioned this to greg he told me the second test could be done at brick, saving me the drive to wa.ll. also greg called me late in the afternoon to ask bout my surgical history in connection to the test he performed. very caring. very thorough. tests were done on time and everyone i came in contact with (front desk,technologists) was pleasant and knowledgeable. facility was immaculate. read more

I have gone to AMI for multiple imaging - MRI - Ultrasounds - Mammograms, for several years and I would not think about going anywhere else! From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by the smiling team members at the front desk. Every person I have ever worked with has been very kind and pleasant...I have always left feeling happy that I went there! I would HIGHLY recommend using AMI for all of your imaging needs! read more

5 stars goes to entire staff from front desk to technicians / doctors very knowledgeable, courteous & professional had MRI with and without contrast --Pam inserted the needle in my arm and did not feel a thing as for the Condition of the facility -- Cleanliness it's 0 stars if that bathroom was dirty and stunk was not FRESH THIS IS A HEALTHCARE FACILITY AND SHOULD BE KEPT IMMACULATE !! read more

The front office and MRI technicians were wonderful. They were friendly, attentive and did not keep me waiting beyond my scheduled time. Throughout the testing the MRI technician was concerned that I was relaxed and comfortable, and made the experience as pleasant as possible. The facility is spotless. I would definitely come back to the Brick location if I need further imaging. read more

Would have been 5 stars, except for the scheduling. When you call to schedule, you get a central scheduling office, which tells you one time, then when you get your confirmation email it's a different time. Other than that, front desk was very friendly, only had to wait 5 minutes, all the techs were very friendly, explained everything. Overall I would recommend! read more

I had an excellent experience at AMI in Brick. The facility was pristine from the waiting room to the Ladies Room to the Ultrasound Room. Kristina performed the ultrasound and was able to calm my nerves and is an extremely talented technician and consummate professional. From the start of arranging an appointment to the actual work, all was well organized and therefore easy. The reception staff was informative and friendly. All COVID19 rules were followed. When ever I have any radiology testing I go to AMI they are always friendly and courteous. I am always taken in for my test within 15 minutes the longest and am in and out of there ASAP. They will give you a copy of your test on CD if you ask and have it ready for you to take with you when you leave. read more
