My fiancé fell down the stairs and twisted her ankle really bad. Nine days have passed, she can't walk on it at all, she has been in excruciating pain and after two ER visits they finally admitted her to help manage the pain. The hospital for whatever reason wouldn't do the MRI , so before being admitted the day of, her podiatrist was able to get one approved at this location. The doctor requested the results STAT. We are now on day three waiting for the results. The hospital needs the results to determine next steps. We were assured an on- call radiologist would read the test and send the results over and it never happened. The hospital ordered another MRI because of this but the insurance company denied it because one was already approved. Blue Cross Blue Shield doesn't care about the circumstances because it's all about money to them, just like Health Village Imaging! This is absolutely ridiculous and infuriating. We keep calling calling and calling only to be dismissed. Nobody cares!!!

My pre-op nurse, Kristin, was so sympathetic and took her time explaining everything and starting my IV. I'm a hard stick but she got it after a 2nd stick but it didn't hurt. Nurse Ray brought me into the OR and introduced me to everyone before the Anesthesiologist Dayan put me to sleep so Dr. Meyer could make me whole again. I don't know how long the surgery was but I was swell enough to go home without any problems and some discomfort which is normal. I would highly recommend them and Dr. Meyer's for their treatment and they are on time.

I have been to Holmdel Imaging a few times over the last 5 years. They were pretty good. Saw me on…read moretime. Did professional work in a reasonable time. Then there was this last time. To start I scheduled an MRI. It was easy to do over the phone an I got a convenient time on a convenient day not too far in the future, sooner than I would have expected. They sent a link to fill out my medical history, which I did. Then a few days before the appointment I went to the patient portal just to check. They had changed the portal. I had to re-register. Then I had to fill out my medical history again. Nothing had been retained from the previous form. And this was only the history, other forms were not presented. There were several places that told me to list items, but there were no text boxes in which to do so, A couple of days before the appointment I was left voicemail that it was delayed by one hour. The morning of the appointment I got an email that I had forms to fill out. The forms I wanted to fill out days earlier were now available at the last minute. Since the MRI was delayed I did have time to fill them out, otherwise not. When I arrived at the new appointed time I was told that I had filled out everything online so I could just take a seat and wait. I did, for one hour. When I finally got in I was told there was a scheduling conflict. The technicians were friendly and professional. The actual MRI went well. Two days later I checked the portal and the results were there. I waited to be contacted by my physician. Two weeks later having heard nothing I reached out. He said he had not seen any results and asked where I had it done. He called Holmdel Imaging. As a result of their system change they had not sent him the results. He said that I was not alone, there were many others. This is inexcusable. The entire point of getting some scan is to have it sent to the physician who ordered it. If this criterion is not met the entire exercise is worthless, no matter how good the people or the equipment. If it's not broke, don't fix it. They took a system that was working and they broke it. And they did not do a sanity check on the new system to verify functionality. They waited for the patients. It doesn't matter how good they were if the system does not work now.

He reassured me that he will not stick me if he thought he couldn't get the vein just can't say enough I always go to Homedale imaging for my mammograms. I just think they're the best. I jokingly said you're the third person to call me today and the rude lady told me to get used to it. You're gonna get two more calls this week so get used to it. If that wasn't rude enough, I told her to cancel my appointment cause I wasn't paying $2000 and she told me to call my doctor and hung up on me. I've requested multiple callbacks from the manager and the doctors who own the surgery center to no avail. I am now an ex patient and an ex customer and I hope everybody else does the same. How dare you speak to a customer with that tone and attitude and how dare you as the owner of the center and your own practice that you don't have the decency to call me and apologize for your rude employees. I am now an ex patient of your practice and will never set foot in the surgical center of Lakewood again. I hope you're happy with the service that this person provided and no one should have to deal with an attitude like that. Furthermore, I can't believe as a doctor you have no compassion to call up and apologize.
