My recovery so far has been smooth, and I'm incredibly grateful for her expertise. Although I only met Dr. Pillai briefly in the hospital, her office has been excellent with follow-up and responsiveness through the patient portal, which I truly appreciate. I do feel Dr. Pillai could have spent more time answering my questions in person, but it is more important that she has excellent surgical skills. All the NPA's and Doctors I have seen in the practice either in Elmer or Vineland have been exceptional. Have always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner and never have I waited more than 15 min for my appointment. Unfortunately my insurance has changed and I have to find a new ortho. Hopefully I can find an ortho practice as good as Premier.
