It was amazing..the guide and captain made you feel safe. I was a bit scared at first I'm 55 years ago but they made you feel so welcomed. You could tell they were very experienced which added to the safety factor. Now as for the experience once you're up there just enjoy the ride it so peaceful and exhilarating at the same time. Me and my best friend had a great experience parasailing here! This was my fourth time and her first. We both had so much fun! There were 3 employees on the boat that made the process so much fun and easy. If you are worried about trying parasailing, don't be! Atlantic Parasail was the best. I would say we got at least 15 minutes in the air which was great. You can also decide if you want to be dipped in the ocean on your way back in to the boat. Do it! It is so fun! While everyone else goes, you get to enjoy a really nice time on a boat. They play fun music and everyone got to be friends by the end of the experience. We added the photo package for an extra $29. It was definitely worth the extra fee because we got such amazing pictures of us parasailing! If you are looking to capture the moment, definitely add the photo package. I will most certainly be back to Atlantic Parasail the next time I want to parasail! It was such a fun experience! read more

Such a great time on our first parasail adventure! There were four in a party with only three of us actually flying. They only allow two observers on a trip, unless there happens to be available seats. Shoes have to be left on the dock as you must be barefoot when getting on the boat. As you are heading out to the open ocean, they go over a bunch of safety rules, what to expect, etc. They will then put life jackets on the first set of fliers and when it's time to fly, you head to the front of the boat, sit on your butt, and scooch out to where they hook you up to the harness. You start and stop from a sitting position. The flight is about 10 minutes and towards the end, they will dip your feet into the ocean. If you purchase the photo package, you will be given an SD card that you hand to one of the folks on the boat, and they will take a bunch of pictures and then hand you the card back at the end. My one son was too light to go by himself (which was the original plan), so they just let my other son fly twice so he could go with his brother. Everyone was very friendly and ensured we were having great time. Would definitely do this again!! read more

Went Parasailing for the first time today with Atlantic Parasail and it was fantastic! The crew were great, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They even pointed out some fish and dolphins and we even saw a shark! The ride was easy, it was a gentle launch and recovery and a thrilling ride! I usually don't like heights but I felt secure and the ride was so smooth that I enjoyed the trip right from the start! This was our last day of vacation and the right activity to finish up with! OK folks -- this is nothing like parachuting from 10,000 feet -- and since you get geared up to the giggy -- no worries. The parachute ride at Coney Island back in the day triggered more of an adrenaline rush. Still, parasailing amounts to a pleasant 90 minute boat ride with about 10 other folks, where you take turns being gently dragged a couple hundred feet in the air behind a small boat. Depending on weight, you can fly tandem or even in threes. Nice views, peaceful, pleasant -- almost sedate. Get the photo or go-Pro package -- if you are looking for quality keepsake shots. Our crew (Ryan and Brandon) were exceedingly polite, cheerful and professional. Highly recommend them and the trip -- especially if you are toting bored teenagers along -- who want more adventure than whale watching tours. read more

I booked a parasailing tour online before arriving in Wildwood Crest for myself and my 8 year old son. Booking online was easy and the site thoroughly explained all details of our trip including what to expect and all safety measures the crew takes to ensure a great time. Confirmation emails and a follow up reminder 2 days before our trip. While booking I wanted to utilize the GoPro for our sail in the sky however it was no longer available due to cv-19 concerns. Matt worked with me and was able to accommodate my requests. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We arrived 30 minutes before departure. Masks were required inside where you check in and I appreciated that. We walked down the dock and waited for our boat to pull in. As the boat docked and the previous group exited the dock, Thomas and Turtle could be seen wiping and disinfecting the boat. "Common down gang! Throw your shoes in the basket and hop on board!" My son and I were first on the boat. We were pumped! 11 passengers in total. I believe 12 is the max they allow on the boat. Plenty of room, nobody was squished together. As we departed from the dock to head out to sea Turtle explained exactly what to expect and went over in detail all precautions and safety measures they take to ensure a fun, safe flight as well as how to take off and land back onboard. The boat had 3 children on it including my son, music played was age appropriate for all. When it was our turn to go up, thorough instructions were given on the GoPro I requested as we were being harnessed up. Turtle helped my son get to the back of the boat in position safely. Not once did I question safety, they were on point! I loved the interactions it made my son and I feel very comfortable. Any time my son had a question or request the Thomas and Turtle were all ears and really made us feel welcomed, felt like a trip with good friends. Strapped in ready to go Thomas handed me the GoPro and 3....2.....1! Lift off!! Incredible views and a memory I now share with my son forever. We saw dolphins and sting rays, the Thunder Cat (another tour boat available on their website *dolphin tours) drove right under us at one point giving us awesome views of the dolphins chasing their wake. Before being pulled back on we were dipped in the ocean (you can opt out of this however I highly recommend it) not too much just to the knees and it was so awesome! They watched to make sure my son was having a good time and even with the other child that went up before us I heard Thomas and Turtle constantly watching body language to make sure kids were comfortable and having a good time before really lifting us higher. Safe gentle landing back on the boat. We lost our seat at the front because once you get back on Turtle helps get you out of the gear (everyone kinda rotates as we take turns) and my son really wanted to go back up front lol I asked Turtle and Thomas if we could move and they slowed down and we were assisted back up to the front. This is a must do if you are heading to the shore. I'd give this 10 stars if I could. My crew was excellent and when we go back, I'm requesting another tour with the rest of my family with those guys! *TIP bring some cash with you to slide to your crew!! Booking was easy, everything at the pier was organized, and the captain, Thomas and his assistant, Kevin, were friendly, helpful and pros. You can go solo, duo or trio (depending on your size, of course). Take off is simple and the landing couldn't be softer as well. There are coupons in the various flyers, etc. for the area-just a tip. Highly recommended! I went last summer with my boyfriend and we took my little cousin (who was 13 at the time) and his friend. I picked this place from the others in the area due to the reviews. They're all spot on. We booked online (which gives you a small discount) and it was super easy. Once we got on the boat, the staff was super professional and made everyone feel comfortable. Since the water was really choppy where we were, they look us to the Delaware Bay. They are all about safety! They delivered the safety information in a way that was easy to understand, and even the most nervous of passengers on our ride felt at ease. I recommend getting the picture package.
