We were fortunate and it was just our family for the time slot that we had reserved. We had…read morereserved three jet skis (two single riders and one double). In addition to the standard waivers you have to read and sign, there is another safety sheet you have to read and sign down on the dock. Once it's time to go, they load you up on. jet ski and then go over all the safety rules, how to operate the jet ski, etc. They really emphasize the safety aspects and you don't want to crash one of these things, as they are very expensive to repair. Once you go through all of this, they help push your jet ski off the floating platform, you hit the start button, and you slowly make your way out to the bay in a single file line following the instructor. Once out there, there are buoys that mark the area (basically a large rectangle) that you can ride in. Everyone has to ride in a single direction (counter clockwise for us). Because it was just the three of us, they did say we can go into the middle of the rectangle and do what we wanted. These things can go up to 54mph, but I only got it up to 39mph before I felt like I was going to lose control of it. One or more instructors stay out there with you the entire time, ensuring you are being safe and helping out if needed. After about 45 minutes out there, you head back to the dock, again, in a single file line. The hardest part is parking your jet ski back onto the platform but someone is on the dock to assist, but we saw people in the previous group take 2-3 tries to finally park it. All in all we had a great time and our instructor was very friendly and helpful. It's to recommended to wear hats and if you have glasses, they recommend having a strap on them. You can leave your car keys at the front desk. There is a tip jar down on the dock, or you can leave a tip at the front desk as well. Would definitely do this again the next time we are down at the shore!

There were 3 employees on the boat that made the process so much fun and easy. If you are worried about trying parasailing, don't be! Atlantic Parasail was the best. I would say we got at least 15 minutes in the air which was great. You can also decide if you want to be dipped in the ocean on your way back in to the boat. Do it! It is so fun! While everyone else goes, you get to enjoy a really nice time on a boat. They play fun music and everyone got to be friends by the end of the experience. We added the photo package for an extra $29. It was definitely worth the extra fee because we got such amazing pictures of us parasailing! If you are looking to capture the moment, definitely add the photo package. I will most certainly be back to Atlantic Parasail the next time I want to parasail! It was such a fun experience!

They're getting a one-star review, not because of the beautiful wildlife or the…read moreengaging guide, Dan (who I tipped $5) but because of the poor customer service and the roughest, most violent boat ride I've ever experienced in my life. Customer service-wise, Kathy (a veteran employee) was very, very rude. After the fact, I read a previous Google review that spoke about how rude Kathy is. I was simply asking for help for an elderly woman with a cane, and she was extremely short with me and yelled at me 'I'm moving as fast I can!'. Other passengers stepped in to help. For example, another woman gave the elderly woman her fountain drink cup to throw up in originally. The elderly women's daughter was also shocked at the way Kathy yelled at me and told me that I was just asking her to do 'her job', no need to react that way. There were about 15 people who became seasick and some were throwing up throughout the boat, including my partner. He basically sat inside for the entire trip and was unable to enjoy the experience. He was actually the person I originally booked this experience for. I tried to get as much footage as I could for him on my phone. I've been whale watching and dolphin watching before, and I have never, ever experienced anything like this. Later, I spoke with the owner, Captain Matt Remuzzi, by phone. He told me that my Google review made him "sick to his stomach" and accused me of "bashing" his company online. I found the conversation extremely unprofessional. His tone became so aggressive that I ultimately had to end the phone call. I have never had a business owner speak to me that way after sharing my experience as a paying customer. Even though I got to see the beautiful animals and Dan was a joy, I would never, ever again support this business. I'm thankful that there's another boat company that offers the same tour nearby, and if I ever go back to Cape May, that is the company I would use.
